“比较过氧化氢在不同条件下的分解”探究实验的改进

【摘要】：现行人教版生物学必修1中的"比较过氧化氢在不同条件下的分解"实验存在以下缺陷:1在滴入新鲜的肝脏研磨液时,瞬时产生的大量泡沫容易伤到实验者并使燃烧的卫生香熄灭;2由于整个实验过程及装置都处于全敞开模式,气体漏泄、反应时间延迟等都易导致实验现象不明显。通过改进实验装置,解决了以上缺陷。
[Abstract]:" Comparing the hydrogen peroxide under different conditions " has the following defects : 1 , when the fresh liver grinding fluid is dropped , a large amount of foam which is instantaneously generated can be easily injured to the experimenter and the burning sanitary incense is extinguished ; and the experimental phenomenon is not obvious due to the whole experiment process and the device being in a fully open mode , gas leakage , reaction time delay and the like , and the defect of the above defects is solved by improving the experimental device .
