论初中生的责任教育

【摘要】:在全面开展素质教育,提升学生综合素质的今天,对初中生的责任教育已经成为当前教育领域研究的重要课题,责任教育的价值与意义正在不断地凸显。可是由于在实施责任教育的过程中受到主客观因素的影响,责任教育的实施效果并不尽如人意。初中生所表现出来的责任意识单薄,缺乏担当行为等实际情况,更是将初中生责任教育提到了更加紧迫的地位。本研究主要采用调查与文献研究的方法,以锦州实验学校为例,对其实施的责任教育情况进行了调查研究。论文主要从以下几个方面展开研究。首先,对责任教育的相关内涵进行了论述,并进一步界定了其所具有的基础性、内化性、实践性、选择性等特征。其次,笔者以锦州实验学校为例,通过问卷调查及访谈的方式,对当前初中生的责任意识、负责任的行为等方面进行了初步地调查。再次,对初中生责任教育的内容进行了分析,主要包括教育初中生对自己负责,教育初中生对他人负责,教育初中生对集体负责,最后,探讨了对初中生实施责任教育的策略。策略主张教师要引导初中生明确责任范畴,启发初中生要形成责任意识,指导初中生要践行责任行为,同时要遵循主体性、实践性、分层性、情感性,齐抓共管原则,以课堂教学为主,课外活动为辅的教学方式来实施责任教育。本文的研究在一定程度上,对现有的责任教育的实施现状进行了分析,同时会充实相关责任教育的研究理论,为今后对初中生责任教育的具体实施提供一些借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of quality education and the improvement of students' comprehensive quality, the responsibility education for junior high school students has become an important subject in the field of education, and the value and significance of responsibility education are becoming more and more prominent. However, due to the subjective and objective factors in the process of implementing responsibility education, the effect of responsibility education is not satisfactory. Junior high school students show a weak sense of responsibility, lack of accountability and other practical situations, but also the responsibility of junior high school students education to a more urgent status. This research mainly adopts the method of investigation and literature research, taking Jinzhou Experimental School as an example, the responsibility education situation of its implementation is investigated and studied. The thesis mainly starts the research from the following several aspects. First of all, the related connotation of responsibility education is discussed, and its basic, internalized, practical and selective characteristics are further defined. Secondly, taking Jinzhou Experimental School as an example, the author makes a preliminary investigation on the responsibility consciousness and responsible behavior of junior high school students by means of questionnaires and interviews. Thirdly, the content of the responsibility education of junior high school students is analyzed, including the responsibility of educating junior high school students to themselves, the responsibility of educating junior high school students to others, and the responsibility of educating junior high school students to the collective. Finally, the strategies of implementing responsibility education for junior high school students are discussed. The strategy advocates that teachers should guide junior high school students to define the category of responsibility, inspire them to form a sense of responsibility, guide junior high school students to practice their responsible behavior, and at the same time follow the principles of subjectivity, practicality, stratification, affective, and joint management. Take classroom teaching as the main, extracurricular activities as supplementary to the teaching method to implement responsibility education. To a certain extent, the research of this paper analyzes the implementation of the existing responsibility education, at the same time, it will enrich the relevant research theory of responsibility education, and provide some reference for the implementation of responsibility education for junior high school students in the future.
