[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cognitive and behavioral status of electronic equipment used in daily walking of middle school students in Hangzhou and the occurrence of injury, and to provide the basis for making injury prevention strategies for middle school students. Methods 696 students from 4 senior high schools and 4 junior middle schools in 4 districts of Hangzhou were investigated by multi-stage random cluster sampling. Results 89.91% of the students used electronic devices to distract their attention while walking. 77.81% of the surveyed students listened to music while walking. 72.70% of the students talked on the phone while walking. 71.66% of the students used social communication tools while walking. 45.52% of the students watched information on foot and 35.06% walked to play games. 25.94% watched video. The behavior reporting rate of senior high school students was higher than that of junior high school students (蠂 ~ 2 = 28.063 / 7.992 = 45.117 / 44.945 / 18.508 / P = 0.05), while listening to music while walking, the behavior reporting rate of high school students was higher than that of junior high school students (蠂 ~ 2 = 28.063 / 7.992respectively), while listening to music while walking, the behavior reporting rate of high school students was higher than that of junior high school students. Girls were higher than boys (蠂 2 + 8.36%, P 0.05), and the behavioral reporting rate of walking and playing games was higher than that of boys (P < 0.05). Male students were higher than female students (蠂 2 + 13.427 P 0.05 0. 05%). 95.40% of the students thought that their peers used electronic devices to distract their attention while walking. 50.51% of the students said they had been hit or almost bumped by motor vehicle while walking, and 14.57% of them were hit by distraction due to the use of electronic devices. The reported rate of students who used electronic devices to distract their attention during daily walking was 52.61, which was higher than that without electronic devices in daily walking (蠂 22.202) (P 0.01). Conclusion most middle school students frequently use electronic devices while walking, which results in distraction of their attention and affects their personal safety. Some measures should be taken as soon as possible to reduce the occurrence of walking injury in middle school students.
