高中教师文言文课堂教学行为研究

【摘要】:课堂教学行为,是国内外教育研究领域的重要课题,是教育研究者和一线教师关注的焦点。尤其,自新课程改革推行以来,新型课程理念逐渐常态化,深深扎根于基础教育的各方面。课程改革进入“决战课堂、聚焦教学”的关键阶段。随着课程改革和教育研究的不断深入,教育理念不断更新,教学模式不断改进,一线课堂教学环境不断改善,教师教学行为也跟着发生了很大的变化。本文从高中文言文教学的角度,研究教师课堂教学行为,概述一般课堂教学行为和语文课堂教学行为的研究理论,寻求研究高中文言文课堂教师教学行为的立足点与理论框架;采用调查问卷、课堂观察和教师访谈等研究方法,分析高中文言文课堂教学行为的现状,反映出教师教学行为存在的主要问题:教师研究学生不够全面、部分课堂教学行为形式化、过分依赖多媒体、课后反思不足;从新课程的教学理念和教学实际出发,结合优秀教师的教学经验和教学案例,探求改善教师课堂教学行为的思路和方法。笔者认为,教师的教学行为,要从学生的学习出发,将传统板书和多媒体技术有机结合,积极参与指导学生的学习活动,并且通过不断反思,改善教学方式,增强自身专业水平,提升教学效果,从而促进学生全面发展。
[Abstract]:Classroom teaching behavior is an important topic in the field of educational research at home and abroad, and is the focus of attention of educational researchers and frontline teachers. Especially, since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the new curriculum concept has become more and more regular and deeply rooted in all aspects of basic education. The curriculum reform has entered the critical stage of "decisive battle classroom, focusing on teaching". With the continuous deepening of curriculum reform and educational research, the educational concept is constantly updated, the teaching model is constantly improved, the first-line classroom teaching environment is constantly improved, and the teacher's teaching behavior has changed greatly. From the perspective of classical Chinese teaching in senior high school, this paper studies teachers' classroom teaching behavior, summarizes the research theory of general classroom teaching behavior and Chinese classroom teaching behavior, and seeks to study the foothold and theoretical framework of high school classical Chinese classroom teaching behavior. By means of questionnaire, classroom observation and teacher interview, this paper analyzes the present situation of classical Chinese teaching behavior in senior high school, which reflects the main problems of teachers' teaching behavior: teachers' research on students is not comprehensive enough. Part of the classroom teaching behavior formalized, excessive dependence on multimedia, insufficient reflection after class, from the new curriculum teaching concept and teaching practice, combined with excellent teachers' teaching experience and teaching cases, To explore the ideas and methods of improving teachers' classroom teaching behavior. The author believes that teachers' teaching behavior should be based on students' learning, combine traditional blackboard writing with multimedia technology, actively participate in guiding students' learning activities, and improve teaching methods through continuous reflection. Enhance their own professional level, improve the teaching effect, thus promoting the overall development of students.
