保定市X中学学生管理问题及其对策研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放的不断深入和城镇化进程的加快,教育总体的迅猛发展和不同区域的发展不均衡表现均十分突出,处于城乡结合部的学校对于呈现这一教育发展态势具有十分典型的意义。包括招生、学习习惯、行为、心理健康以及家庭、社会等多方面等直接影响着学生的健康成长的诸多问题都在城乡结合部学生群体有突出的体现。研究过程中分别采用了文献研究、问卷调查以及访谈、案例分析等方法,分析产生这些问题城乡结合部学生问题和管理问题的内外原因以及主客观原因,通过对国内外关于学生管理方面的理论分析,总结经验,结合实际,为城乡结合部中学生的教育与管理提出了科学有效的对策建议,探索出“三适教育新论”(适合学生、适合学校、适合社会),使学校教育教学步入新的发展轨道。通过对城乡结合部X中学学生问题及相关管理策略研究,本文认为,城乡结合部中学生管理亟待加强,必须本着“以人为本”的管理理念,积极协调家庭、社会力量,将学校、家庭、社会三者形成一种合力,建立一种立体式、多渠道、多元化的管理机制,为促进学生身心健康成长,为学校科学、规范、人文管理奠定基础。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the acceleration of urbanization, the rapid development of education as a whole and the uneven development of different regions are very prominent. Schools in urban and rural areas have a typical significance for the development of this education. Including enrollment, study habits, behavior, mental health, family, society and other aspects of direct impact on the healthy growth of students in urban and rural areas of the student groups have prominent embodiment. In the course of the research, we use the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation, interview, case analysis and so on to analyze the internal and external causes and subjective and objective causes of the students' problems and management problems in the urban-rural areas. Through theoretical analysis of students' management at home and abroad, summing up experience and combining with practice, this paper puts forward scientific and effective countermeasures and suggestions for the education and management of middle school students in urban and rural areas, and explores a new theory of "three suitable education" (suitable for students). Suitable for schools, suitable for society, so that school education and teaching into a new track of development. Based on the study of the problems of students in X middle school and the related management strategies, this paper holds that the management of middle school students in the urban and rural areas is in urgent need of strengthening, and must be based on the "people-oriented" management concept, actively coordinate the family, social forces, the school, Family and society form a joint force to establish a three-dimensional, multi-channel, diversified management mechanism, for promoting the growth of students' physical and mental health, for the school science, norms, humanistic management laid the foundation.
