中小学创新人才培养“麓山模式”的理性思考

【摘要】：中小学创新人才培养,已经成为教育的时代使命和新课程改革的最强音。本文立足教育的系统性,以长沙市麓山国际实验学校的探索与实践为基础,寻找创新人才培养的普遍规律和方法的密钥。并对创新人才培养的现代困局,提出一些深层次的思考。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of creative talents in primary and secondary schools has become the mission of the times and the strongest sound of the new curriculum reform. Based on the systematization of education and the exploration and practice of Lushan International Experimental School in Changsha City, this paper tries to find out the common rules and methods of cultivating innovative talents. At the same time, it puts forward some deep thoughts on the modern dilemma of the cultivation of innovative talents.
