教师教学行为对高中生自主学习能力的影响:对教学效果的评估和反思

【摘要】:现代社会处于科技迅猛发展的时期,知识与信息以惊人的速度更新。要想适应这种形式,就要求我们要做到终身学习。任何教育都不可能将所有人类知识传授给学习者,学校的教育必然要由使学生学到知识转化成培养学生的学习能力,这就要求学生具备自主学习的能力。本研究以某高级中学的高二学生为研究对象,主要通过问卷调查法,辅以观察和访谈,对该校自主学习教学实践的成效进行考察,评估了语文、数学、英语、物理、化学和地理六个学科实验教师教学行为对高中生自主学习能力的影响。结果发现:(1)在数学、物理和语文学科教学中,相对普通班,实验班学生认为教师在教学过程中更多地使用了促进自主学习的教学策略;(2)在物理和语文学科教学中,相对于学期初,实验班学生认为教师在教学过程中更多地使用了促进自主学习的教学策略;(3)在语文学科教学中,实验班学生的自主学习能力显著高于普通班;(4)在物理和语文学科教学中,相对于学期初,实验班学生的自主学习能力有所提高;(5)在语文学科教学中,实验班学生的成绩显示出高于普通班的趋势。综上,语文和物理学科的自主学习教学实践得到了学生的肯定,其中语文的实验教学提高了学生的自主学习能力,并在一定程度上提高了学生的学习成绩。
[Abstract]:Modern society is in the period of rapid development of science and technology, knowledge and information are updated at an astonishing speed. To adapt to this form, we need to achieve lifelong learning. It is impossible for any education to impart all human knowledge to learners. The education in school must be transformed from making students learn knowledge into cultivating students' learning ability, which requires students to have the ability to learn independently. This research takes a senior high school student as the research object, mainly through the questionnaire survey method, auxiliary with the observation and the interview, carries on the inspection to the school independent learning teaching practice effect, has evaluated the Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, The influence of Teaching behavior of Experimental Teachers in Chemistry and Geography on High School students' Autonomous Learning ability. The results showed that in the teaching of mathematics, physics and Chinese, compared with the ordinary classes, the experimental class students thought that teachers used more teaching strategies to promote autonomous learning in the teaching process) in the teaching of physics and Chinese, the students in the experimental class thought that teachers used more teaching strategies to promote autonomous learning in the teaching of physics and Chinese. Compared with the beginning of the semester, the students in the experimental class thought that the teachers used more teaching strategies to promote autonomous learning in the teaching process. The autonomous learning ability of the students in the experimental class is significantly higher than that in the ordinary class (4) in physics and Chinese teaching, compared with the beginning of the semester, the autonomous learning ability of the students in the experimental class has been improved. The results of the experimental class showed a trend higher than that of the ordinary class. In summary, the practice of autonomous learning in Chinese and physics has been affirmed by the students, among which the experimental teaching of Chinese has improved the students' autonomous learning ability and, to a certain extent, improved the students' academic performance.
