教师培训对教师专业发展的阻滞及其破解

【摘要】:教师培训是促进我国中小学教师专业发展的重要途径,提升教师的专业素养本应是教师培训的核心目标。然而,我国目前的教师培训却存在着较为严重的偏离专业化轨道的问题,阻滞了教师专业发展。这些问题主要表现为:培训内容的陈旧呆板、培训管理的混乱失序和培训交流的封闭自守。对于这种乱象的破解,我们必须使教师培训回归到促进教师专业发展的正轨上来,培训内容须致力于提高教师的专业素养,培训管理须定位于为教师专业发展服务,培训交流须秉持开放共赢的良好心态。在这种思路的指导下,教师培训应该做出一系列改革,主要包括开发多元灵活的培训内容体系,建立合理有序的培训管理制度,打造开放共享的培训交流机制。
[Abstract]:Teacher training is an important way to promote the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers in China. However, the current teacher training in China has serious problems of deviating from the professional track, which hinders the professional development of teachers. These problems are mainly shown as follows: the old rigidity of training content, the disorder of training management and the closed self-defense of training communication. To solve this disorder, we must put the teacher training back on the right track to promote the teacher's professional development, the training content must be devoted to improving the teachers' professional accomplishment, and the training management must be oriented to serve the teacher's professional development. Training and exchange should be open and win-win attitude. Under the guidance of this train of thought, teacher training should make a series of reforms, mainly including the development of diversified and flexible training content system, the establishment of a reasonable and orderly training management system, and the creation of an open and shared training exchange mechanism.
