【摘要】:教师个人教育哲学作为关怀教师成长的学说,是教师获得良好心态、提升教师生命质量、促进教师发展的内在驱动力,它能够帮助教师重新认识自我,为教师个人确立安身立命之本;同时也可以促进教师树立正确的教育观念,提升不断创新的潜质,从而使教师找寻到教育的真谛,获得“教”之幸福。美国教育哲学家索尔蒂斯曾说,就像每个人都应该有个人的生活哲学一样,教师也应有个人的教育哲学,它能够使教师清晰什么是正确的、好的、值得做的。中小学教师在基础教育阶段发挥着重要的作用,他们肩负着助力基础教育变革与发展的重要责任,以及育化生命、为新生代奠定人生之基的重要职责。然而,当前中小学教师多凭经验进行教育教学的现状,阻碍了中小学教师个人教育哲学的形成,抑制了其理性教育思维和反思、批判精神的形成;另外,中小学教师生存状态的不良以及教师专业发展的要求,促使论文选取了从中小学教师着手建构其个人教育哲学这一课题。论文从四个部分进行展开:第一部分绪论主要阐述了论文的研究缘起、研究意义,同时,就已有教师个人教育哲学的研究成果做了文献综述及评析讨论,提出了论文的研究思路,并采用文献分析法、调查访问法以及叙事研究法,以期实现在中小学教师教育教学实践的基础上反思教师个人教育哲学的理论,在理论的深刻思考中反观中小学教师的实践活动和认识。第二部分阐释了教师个人教育哲学的意蕴。首先,论文从教育哲学关注教育活动中人的完整性的生成及生命存在意义的本义着手,对教师个人教育哲学的内涵进行了界定。其次,通过对已有研究内容的考量,并结合在与一线中小学教师接触中所产生的认识与思考,提出了教师个人教育哲学应包含的四个层次的内容结构,梳理了已有研究内容的弊端及优点,并分别阐释了其对现实的影响,从而为内容的确立提供支持。最后,阐释了教师个人教育哲学的特征。第三部分立足于教师个人教育哲学的意蕴,集中论述了中小学教师的个人教育哲学对教师个人、学生以及学校发展所带来的价值。第四部分是中小学教师个人教育哲学的建构,论文把索尔蒂斯提出的教育哲学形态以及其中对个人教育哲学重要性的认识作为研究的理论基础,结合教师个人教育哲学的意蕴,提出了确立中小学教师个人教育哲学的价值取向,并指出建构的相应原则以及实现中小学教师建构教师个人教育哲学的有效途径。
[Abstract]:As a theory of caring for teachers' growth, personal educational philosophy of teachers is the internal driving force for teachers to acquire good mentality, improve teachers' quality of life and promote teachers' development. It can help teachers to understand themselves again. At the same time, it can also promote teachers to set up correct educational concept, to enhance the potential of innovation, so that teachers can find the true meaning of education and obtain the happiness of "teaching". The American educational philosopher Soltis once said that just as everyone should have a personal philosophy of life, so should a teacher have a personal philosophy of education, which can make it clear to a teacher what is right, good, and worth doing. Primary and secondary school teachers play an important role in the basic education stage, they shoulder the important responsibility of helping the reform and development of basic education, as well as the important duty of nurturing life and laying the foundation of life for the new generation. However, the present situation of primary and secondary school teachers' education and teaching based on experience hinders the formation of personal educational philosophy of primary and secondary school teachers, inhibits their rational educational thinking and reflection, and the formation of critical spirit. The poor living condition of primary and middle school teachers and the requirement of teachers' professional development urge the thesis to choose the subject of constructing personal education philosophy from the primary and middle school teachers. The thesis is carried out from four parts: the first part mainly expounds the origin and significance of the research, at the same time, the author makes a literature review and comments on the research results of the personal education philosophy of teachers. This paper puts forward the research idea of the thesis, and adopts the literature analysis method, the investigation interview method and the narrative research method, in order to realize the theory of reflecting the teacher's personal educational philosophy on the basis of the teaching practice of the primary and middle school teachers' education and teaching. In the deep thinking of the theory, the author looks at the practical activities and cognition of the primary and middle school teachers. The second part explains the implication of teacher's personal education philosophy. First of all, the thesis defines the connotation of teacher's personal educational philosophy from the perspective of the formation of human integrity and the meaning of existence of life in educational philosophy. Secondly, through the consideration of the existing research content, combined with the understanding and thinking produced in the contact with primary and secondary school teachers, this paper puts forward the content structure of four levels which should be included in teachers' personal educational philosophy. This paper combs the disadvantages and advantages of the existing research content, and explains its impact on reality respectively, thus providing support for the establishment of the content. Finally, it explains the characteristics of teacher's personal education philosophy. The third part is based on the implication of teachers' individual educational philosophy, focusing on the value of the personal education philosophy of primary and secondary school teachers to teachers, students and the development of schools. The fourth part is the construction of personal educational philosophy of primary and secondary school teachers. The paper takes the form of educational philosophy put forward by Soltis and the understanding of the importance of individual educational philosophy as the theoretical basis of the research, combining with the implication of teachers' personal educational philosophy. This paper puts forward the value orientation of personal educational philosophy of primary and secondary school teachers, and points out the corresponding principles of construction and the effective way to realize the construction of individual educational philosophy of teachers in primary and secondary schools.
