中学体育教师职业倦怠形成机制研究

【摘要】:目的探究中学体育教师职业倦怠的形成机制。方法采取分层抽样法选取532名中学体育教师,通过问卷调查获取研究数据,运用SPSS 19.0处理数据。结果自我效能感、消极应对方式、积极应对方式、工作要求、工作资源与职业倦怠的相关均显著(|r|≥0.12,P0.01)。职业倦怠形成的链式中介作用机制模型拟合较好,χ2/df=2.033,CFI、GFI、NFI、IFI均大于0.9,RMSEA=0.056。自我效能感、应对方式完全中介了工作资源对职业倦怠的影响,总中介效应为-0.29,链式路径的总中介效应为-0.03,链式总中介效应/总中介效应=0.10。自我效能感、应对方式部分中介了工作要求对职业倦怠的影响,总中介效应为0.15,直接效应为0.35,总中介效应/总效应=0.30。结论工作特征、自我效能、应对方式与中学体育教师职业倦怠关系密切,工作特征不仅直接能增强职业倦怠,而且通过自我效能、应对方式的链式中介作用增强职业倦怠。
