新疆兵团中小学骨干教师“国培”的有效性研究

【摘要】:随着课程改革的不断推进及终身教育理念的不断深化,中小学教师的培训工作受到国家、社会的重视。“国培计划”作为我国中小学教师培训的引领项目,在全面实施5年以来,取得了很大的成绩,为各级各类教师的发展提供了良好的平台,但在实施的过程当中也存在不少的问题。这些问题足以引起有关工作者的重视。本研究通过调查兵团地区中小学骨干教师“国培”现状的基础上深入分析兵团中小学骨干教师“国培”的有效性,进一步分析了影响“国培”质量的因素,从而提出针对性的改进策略,以增强“国培计划”实施的有效性,进而保证“国培计划”的各项政策有效贯彻。本研究设计了两份调查问卷,问卷编制涉及基本情况、培训现状、培训效果等三方面内容。调查问卷为本研究提供了第一手资料,为统计分析提供依据。本文主要探讨兵团地区中小学骨干教师“国培”的有效性,研究对象分为两大部分,第一部分以参加2014年暑期“国培计划”短期集中培训项目的中小学骨干教师为调查对象,第二部分以在2013年以前(包括2013年)已经参加过兵团“国培计划”的中小学骨干教师为调查对象。论文共分为五个部分:第一部分为绪论,主要包括选题缘由、研究目的及意义、文献综述、相关概念界定及理论基础、研究思路及方法。第二部分分析了兵团地区中小学骨干教师“国培”的现状,了解到兵团地区“国培”在培训条件、培训师资、培训内容、培训方式、培训管理等方面的基本状况。第三部分内容当中,从参培教师教育理念的提升与转变、知识结构的完善、教育教学能力的提高、教育教学研究改进等方面得出了兵团地区中小学骨干教师“国培”的有效性较强的结论,并且通过对教师满意度的调查,得出参培教师在对于兵团“国培”的师资、培训方式、培训管理的满意度较高。第四部分内容分析了影响兵团中小学骨干教师“国培”质量的因素有培训内容、培训方式、师资水平、培训管理水平、个人学习态度。第五部分对完善中小学骨干教师“国培”有效性提出了相应的策略:培训内容需要具备全面性的同时具备前瞻性和针对性;培训方式需要具备多样性的同时具有灵活性和开放性;培训管理需要在科学性和规范性的基础上具备人文性;培训应该培训应该加强体现参培教师的主体地位。
[Abstract]:With the continuous promotion of curriculum reform and the deepening of life-long education concept, the training of primary and secondary school teachers has been attached great importance to by the state and society. As a leading project for the training of primary and secondary school teachers in China, the "National Education Plan" has made great achievements in the past five years, and has provided a good platform for the development of teachers at all levels and types. However, there are many problems in the process of implementation. These problems are enough to draw the attention of the workers concerned. On the basis of investigating the present situation of "Guopei" of primary and secondary school backbone teachers in Bingtuan area, this study deeply analyzes the effectiveness of Guopei, and further analyzes the factors that affect the quality of "Guopei". Therefore, the paper puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the implementation of the "National training Plan" and to ensure the effective implementation of the various policies of the "National training Plan". In this study, two questionnaires were designed, which included three aspects: basic situation, training status, training effect and so on. The questionnaire provides the first-hand data for this study and provides the basis for statistical analysis. This paper mainly discusses the effectiveness of Guopei, a key teacher in primary and secondary schools in Bingtuan area. The research object is divided into two parts. The first part is to investigate the backbone teachers of primary and secondary schools who participated in the short-term centralized training program of "National training Program" in the summer of 2014. The second part is about the primary and middle school teachers who have participated in the Guopei Program before 2013 (including 2013). The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, including the reason of the topic, the purpose and significance of the research, literature review, the definition of relevant concepts and theoretical basis, research ideas and methods. The second part analyzes the status quo of Guopei, a key teacher in primary and secondary schools in Bingtuan area, and finds out the basic situation of Guopei in terms of training conditions, training teachers, training contents, training methods, training management, and so on. In the third part, from the promotion and transformation of teachers' educational idea, the perfection of knowledge structure, the improvement of educational and teaching ability, The author draws a conclusion that the key teachers of primary and secondary schools in the bingtuan area are effective, and through the investigation of teachers' satisfaction, it is concluded that the teachers of Shanpei are trained for the teachers of the bingtuan "Guopei" The satisfaction of training management is higher. The fourth part analyzes the factors that affect the quality of the backbone teachers in the primary and secondary schools of Bingtuan, such as training content, training methods, teachers' level, training management level and personal learning attitude. The fifth part puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve the effectiveness of "national training" for the backbone teachers of primary and secondary schools: the training content needs to be comprehensive and forward-looking and targeted at the same time; Training methods need to be flexible and open while diversity; training management needs to have humanity on the basis of scientific and normative; training should be strengthened to reflect the main position of teachers.
