普通高中生诚信的现状与对策研究

【摘要】：诚信是中华民族的优良传统,也是社会主义市场经济的重要原则之一,高中是学生三观形成的重要阶段,高中生的诚信对于中华民族的发展有着极其重要的作用。然而在现代社会中,存在着大量的不诚信现象,如售假、欺骗等行为,在高中生中存在着撒谎、迟到、作弊等现象,高中生的诚信状况不容乐观,需要提升改进。本文主要包括四部分：第一部分是诚信的界定及诚信对高中生的重要性,本文在对古今中外诚信界定研究的基础上,从诚信认知、诚信态度、诚信行为要求三方面进行界定,认知与态度的落脚点都是行为,所以将诚信行为要求主要分为诚实,实事求是；守信、践行诺言；守时；真诚待人、信任他人；讲信用。诚信对高中生的重要性主要从在个人品德形成过程、生活以及事业这三面进行说明。第二部分是高中生诚信现状分析,在这一部分,分别从诚信认知、诚信态度、诚信行为三方面进行具体分析。第三部分是高中生诚信存在的问题及原因分析,这一部分先是对高中生诚信存在的问题进行详细的分析,紧接着分别从学校、家庭、学校与家庭、高中生及其同辈压力这四个方面进行原因分析,分析的重点在学校这一方面。第四部分是高中生诚信的培养对策,分别从思想政治课、诚信制度建设、开展诚信榜样教育、班主任工作以及学校与家庭教育配合展开诚信教育方面进行探讨,这部分着重联系思想政治课教学,要充分挖掘教材中的诚信内容,在挖掘的基础上进行诚信内容教学,期望能对高中政治教师教学有所帮助；在诚信制度建设上,主要是建立诚信奖惩制度和诚信档案袋；班主任要以多种形式开展诚信教育,对个别有需要的学生进行诚信个别指导,学校与家庭教育配合展开诚信教育。
[Abstract]:Honesty is not only the fine tradition of the Chinese nation, but also one of the important principles of the socialist market economy. Senior high school is an important stage for the formation of the three views of students. The integrity of high school students plays an extremely important role in the development of the Chinese nation. However, in modern society, there are a large number of dishonesty phenomena, such as selling fake, cheating and so on. There are many phenomena in high school students such as lying, lateness, cheating and so on. The integrity of high school students is not optimistic and needs to be improved. This paper mainly includes four parts: the first part is the definition of good faith and the importance of honesty to senior high school students. On the basis of the research on the definition of honesty in ancient and modern China and foreign countries, this paper defines it from three aspects: the cognition of honesty, the attitude of honesty, and the requirement of honesty behavior. The conclusion of cognition and attitude is behavior, so it is divided into honesty, seeking truth from facts, keeping promise, being punctual, treating others sincerely, trusting others and speaking credit. The importance of honesty to high school students is explained from three aspects: personal character formation process, life and career. The second part is the analysis of the present situation of high school students' honesty and credit. In this part, the author makes a concrete analysis from three aspects: honesty cognition, honesty attitude and honesty behavior. The third part is the analysis of the problems and causes of high school students' integrity. This part first analyzes the problems of high school students' integrity in detail, and then analyzes the problems from school, family, school and family, respectively. The causes of high school students and their peers are analyzed, and the emphasis of the analysis is on school. The fourth part is the cultivation countermeasures of high school students' honesty, from the ideological and political lessons, the construction of honesty system, the development of good faith example education, the work of the head teacher and the cooperation of school and family education to carry out the integrity education. It is mainly to establish the credit reward and punishment system and the good faith file bag; the head teacher should carry out the honesty education in various forms, carry on the credit individual instruction to the individual students in need, the school and the family education cooperate to carry out the good faith education.
