中小学信息技术教师科研创新能力影响因素模型与支撑环境构建

【摘要】:党在十八大会议中作出实施创新驱动发展战略的重大部署,强调必须将创新摆在国家发展全局的核心位置,积极培养科研创新人才;2004年教育部颁布的《中小学教师教育技术能力标准》中指出,教育人员在“科研与发展”方面有应用与创新要求,由此可见国家对人才科研创新,尤其是教师科研创新的重视程度。而作为信息技术教师来说,提升其科研创新能力既是社会的需求,又是新课程改革的必然要求;是信息技术学科教育的宗旨,同时也是实现自我价值的渠道之一。目前,有关基础教育领域信息技术教师科研创新的研究多止步于定性分析,且尚未得到重视。因此,研究中小学信息技术教师科研创新能力影响因素模型与支撑环境的构建,对培养教师的科研创新能力有着重要的理论和实践意义。本研究首先采用文献研究法对教师科研创新能力影响因素相关文献进行内容分析,梳理出中小学信息技术教师科研创新能力影响因素,结合访谈法对15名教师进行开放式访谈,对拟定的影响因素进行完善和修订,最终确定了中小学信息技术教师科研创新能力的6个影响因素,分别为智力、专业知能、科研知能、情感意志、认知风格、科研意识和兴趣动机。其次,采用结构方程(SEM)建模流程进行影响因素结构关系模型建构。其中,为保证步骤2路径关系假设科学合理,选用解释结构模型法(ISM),根据离散数学知识和图形理论,计算出邻接矩阵和可达矩阵,分析6因素之间的层级关系进而确定假设路径;后经数据处理、模型估计、拟合度评估等步骤,最终得出影响因素关系结构模型。在分析影响因素关系模型内在联系的基础上,提炼核心影响因素,从情感意志、智力、知识技能和兴趣动机四方面提出中小学信息技术教师科研创新能力培养策略。分析Moodle平台与中小学信息技术教育教师科研创新能力培养环境构建的适切性,并提出Moodle平台的设计策略。在策略的指导下进行平台模块、资源的设计和活动的实施,并进行阶段性评价。本研究的结论是:(1)通过结构方程建模流程,最终得出中小学信息技术教师科研创新能力影响因素结构关系模型。从模型整体层级来看,情感意志是影响中小学信息技术教师科研创新能力的根本因素,对智力、认知风格和兴趣动机有正向直接影响,而专业知能和科研知能直接影响教师的科研创新能力。从模型层级之间关系来看,在一二层级之间,情感意志对智力、认知风格、兴趣动机都产生正向显著影响,其中对智力的影响差异较显著,认知风格、兴趣动机影响次之;在第二、第三层级之间,智力、认知风格和兴趣动机都能够对专业知能产生正向影响,其中智力表现出的差异性最显著。认知风格对科研知能无正向影响。(2)基于模型,本研究从情感意志、智力、知识技能和兴趣动机四方面提出中小学信息技术教师科研创新能力宏观培养策略:即加强意志修养,培养积极心态;利用创新思维方法培养创造性思维;理论实践相结合,关注交叉学科;以交流的方式提升兴趣动机。(3)搭建基于Moodle的中小学信息技术教师科研创新能力培养平台,上传学习资源,组织活动进行学习,阶段性调查可知从活动效果分析来说,资源和活动能够培养教师科研创新的兴趣动机、知识储备,实践技能、创造性思维和情感意志都得到锻炼,教师思考问题的角度更加广泛深入,自学能力增强,有一定的效果;从用户体验来说,平台功能能够基本满足信息技术教师科研需求。
[Abstract]:In the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the CPC made a major plan to implement the strategy of innovation-driven development, emphasizing that innovation must be placed at the core of the overall national development and actively cultivate innovative talents in scientific research. In 2004, the Ministry of Education promulgated the Educational Technology Competence Standard for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, which pointed out that educators have applications in "scientific research and development" With the requirements of innovation, it can be seen that the state attaches great importance to the scientific research and innovation of talents, especially teachers. As information technology teachers, to enhance their scientific research and innovation ability is not only the social demand, but also the inevitable requirement of the new curriculum reform; it is the purpose of information technology education, but also the channel to realize self-worth. At present, the research on IT teachers'scientific research innovation in the field of elementary education mostly focuses on qualitative analysis and has not been paid much attention to. Firstly, this study uses the method of literature research to analyze the related literature on the factors influencing teachers'scientific research and innovation ability, combs out the influencing factors of IT teachers' scientific research and innovation ability in primary and secondary schools, carries out open-ended interviews with 15 teachers, improves and revises the influencing factors, and finally determines the credibility of primary and secondary schools. The six influencing factors of IT teachers'scientific research innovation ability are intelligence, professional knowledge, scientific research knowledge, emotional will, cognitive style, scientific research consciousness and interest motivation. Secondly, the structural relationship model of influencing factors is constructed by using the structural equation (SEM) modeling process. In order to ensure the scientific and reasonable path relationship of step 2, the solution is selected. Interpretation Structural Model (ISM), according to discrete mathematical knowledge and graphics theory, calculates adjacency matrix and reachability matrix, analyzes the hierarchical relationship between the six factors and then determines the hypothetical path; after data processing, model estimation, fitness evaluation and other steps, finally comes to the influencing factor relationship structure model. On the basis of the connection, this paper refines the core influencing factors, and puts forward the strategies for cultivating the scientific research innovation ability of IT teachers in primary and secondary schools from four aspects: emotional will, intelligence, knowledge, skills and interest motivation. The conclusions of this study are as follows: (1) Through the process of structural equation modeling, the structural relationship model of the influencing factors of IT teachers'scientific research and innovation ability in primary and secondary schools is finally obtained. It is the fundamental factor affecting the scientific research and innovation ability of IT teachers in primary and secondary schools. It has a positive and direct impact on intelligence, cognitive style and interest motivation, while professional knowledge and scientific research knowledge have a direct impact on teachers'scientific research and innovation ability. Machinery has a significant positive impact on intelligence, and cognitive style and interest motivation have a significant impact on intelligence, followed by cognitive style; between the second and third levels, intelligence, cognitive style and interest motivation can have a positive impact on professional knowledge and ability, of which intelligence shows the most significant difference. (2) Based on the model, this study puts forward the macro-cultivation strategies of IT teachers'scientific research innovation ability in primary and secondary schools from four aspects: strengthening the will cultivation and cultivating positive mentality; using innovative thinking methods to cultivate creative thinking; combining theory with practice, paying attention to interdisciplinary; Interest motivation can be enhanced by means of communication. (3) Build a Moodle-based platform for primary and secondary IT teachers to cultivate their scientific research innovation ability, upload learning resources, organize activities for learning, and periodic survey shows that resources and activities can cultivate teachers'interest motivation, knowledge reserve, practical skills and creativity in scientific research innovation. Creative thinking and emotional will have been exercised, teachers'perspective of thinking more extensive and in-depth, self-learning ability has been enhanced, and has a certain effect; from the user experience, the platform function can basically meet the needs of information technology teachers for scientific research.
