对话:教师核心素养的本质、传统与未来

【摘要】:对话是教育的本质,也是一种教育传统。对话管理正在成为建设现代学校的理性选择。上海市建平实验中学积极探索以促进对话为核心的校本培训,引导教师与自己对话、与学科对话、与学生对话、与同侪同行对话、与专家对话、与家长对话、与学校管理者对话,不断提升教师的对话意识、对话能力与对话素养。
[Abstract]:Dialogue is the essence and tradition of education. Dialogue management is becoming the rational choice of constructing modern school. Shanghai Jianping Experimental Middle School actively explores school-based training centered on promoting dialogue, leading teachers to dialogue with themselves, subjects, students, peers, experts and parents. Dialogue with school administrators, constantly improve teachers' dialogue awareness, dialogue ability and dialogue literacy.
