“校园足球活动”对四川省布局城市中小学生体育运动参与的影响研究

【摘要】：2009年开始实施的“校园足球活动”是提高我国青少年参与足球运动的重要途径和举措,是我国足球水平不断提高的基础,也是一项复杂艰辛的足球人才培养工程。从我国目前情况看,校园足球工作正在积极开展,实施了一系列相应的改革措施,受重视程度也在日益提高。四川省的成都市和达州市有幸的成为了全国首批开展校园足球活动的布局城市。四川省作为西部大省,经济发展水平较低,足球基础薄弱,校园足球工作面临困境。校园足球活动开展六年来,受到社会和学者的高度关注,该项活动开展的最根本目的应是以足球作为媒介促进青少年参与体育运动,提高身体素质,只有在达到这个目的的基础上才能触及更高层次的目标。本研究通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法进行了关于校园足球活动对四川省布局城市中小学生体育参与情况影响的调研和分析,调查了“校园足球活动”对四川省布点学校中小学生参与体育活动的影响情况。通过调查揭示了“校园足球活动”在四川省是否实现了其最根本目的,是否显著提高了青少年体育运动的参与度,并提出相应对策。研究结果可以部分补充“校园足球活动”评价体系的缺失,为“校园足球活动”继续开展各要素调整提供了参考。通过研究得出以下结论:四川省开展的“校园足球”活动到目前为止并未取得较为显著的成果,具体表现在足球项目并不是中小学生参与运动的首选项目;中小学开设足球课程的比例较低,并且大部分学生对足球课不感兴趣,足球布点学校和非布点学校对于足球运动的重视程度差别不大。大部分布点学校都只是偶尔进行校内外足球比赛;很少的学校开展课外足球活动,学校课外足球活动组织方面存在较大问题。经常宣传校园足球活动的学校只有17.6%,不利于四川省校园足球文化的形成。“校园足球”活动开展以来,四川省布局城市整体参与足球运动的青少年人数并未显著增加。布点学校校园足球活动开展效果不理想,与非布点学校没有显著的区分度,校园足球活动对四川省布局城市中小学生体育参与影响效果较小,没能有效的促进中小学生积极的参与体育活动,未达到校园足球活动增强青少年身体素质的初级目的。
[Abstract]:The "campus football activity", which began to be implemented in 2009, is an important way and measure to improve the young people's participation in football in our country. It is also a complicated and arduous project for the training of football talents. From the current situation of our country, the campus football work is being carried out actively, and a series of corresponding reform measures have been carried out, and the degree of attention is increasing day by day. Chengdu and Dazhou in Sichuan Province were lucky enough to be the first layout cities to carry out campus football activities in China. As a big western province, Sichuan Province has a low level of economic development and a weak football foundation. In the past six years, the campus football activity has received great attention from the society and scholars. The most fundamental purpose of the activity should be to promote the participation of young people in sports and improve their physical fitness by using football as a medium. Only on the basis of this goal can we reach a higher level of goal. Through the methods of literature, interview and questionnaire, this study investigates and analyzes the influence of campus football activities on the sports participation of primary and middle school students in Sichuan province. This paper investigates the influence of "campus football activity" on the participation of middle and primary school students in Sichuan Province. Through the investigation, this paper reveals whether "campus football" has achieved its most basic purpose in Sichuan province, whether it has significantly increased the participation of teenagers in sports, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The results of the study can partly supplement the lack of evaluation system of campus football activities, and provide a reference for the adjustment of various elements of campus football activities. Through the study, the following conclusions are drawn: the "campus football" activities carried out in Sichuan Province have not achieved significant results so far, which is manifested in the fact that football is not the first choice for primary and middle school students to participate in sports; The proportion of football courses in primary and secondary schools is low, and most students are not interested in football lessons. Most of the schools only occasionally play soccer matches outside and inside the school; few schools carry out extracurricular football activities, and the organization of extracurricular football activities in schools has great problems. The school that often propagandizes the campus football activity has only 17.6 aspects, which is unfavorable to the formation of the campus football culture in Sichuan province. Since the launch of campus football, the number of young people participating in football in Sichuan Province has not increased significantly. The effect of campus football activities in distribution schools is not ideal, and there is no significant distinction between campus football activities and non-cloth schools. The effect of campus football activities on sports participation of primary and middle school students in Sichuan Province is relatively small. Failed to effectively promote the primary and secondary school students to actively participate in sports activities, not to achieve the primary goal of campus football activities to enhance the physical fitness of young people.
