“弹性离校”要多从实际出发

【摘要】：正近日,"弹性离校"的话题引发热议。为了帮助家长解决按时接送孩子的困难,一些地方积极开展"弹性离校"实践,这种主动服务社会的创新之举值得肯定。但要使这种做法真正可持续,既要先行先试,积累经验,同时机制建设和规范管理也要同步跟上。近日教育部办公厅印发了《关于做好中小学生课后服务工作的指导意见》,正是基于这样的考虑。
[Abstract]:Recently, the topic of "flexible leaving school" aroused heated debate. In order to help parents solve the difficulties of getting their children to and from school on time, some places actively carry out the practice of "flexible leaving school", which is an innovative initiative to serve the society. However, in order to make this practice truly sustainable, we should first try and accumulate experience, and at the same time, we should also keep pace with the construction of mechanism and normative management. Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued the guidance on how to do a good job in after-school service for primary and middle school students, which is based on such considerations.
