高中思想政治课培养学生创业素质的研究

【摘要】:当今世界,创业型经济已成为世界经济发展的主要模式。与之相适应的教育也提出,要以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,促进学生的全面发展。因此,学校在各科教学中开始高度重视对学生的创业素质的培养。毫无疑问,高中思想政治课就担当了此重任,因为与其他学科相比,高中思想政治课的课程性质、目标和教学内容决定了其在培养学生创业素质方面具有独特的优势和价值。目前,在高中思想政治课教学中,加强对学生创业素质的培养,已成为高中政治教师需要认真研究和解决的重要课题。本文主要是针对在高中思想政治课教学中如何有效地培养学生的创业素质进行探讨。文章首先阐述了创业、创业教育和创业素质的相关概念,创业素质的构成及其培养的主要特征;其次,重点分析了高中思想政治课在培养学生创业素质方面的独特优势和价值,分别从思想政治学科教学内容的生活性、实用性,教材编排设计的科学性、合理性,知识范围的广泛性、社会性,知识体系的哲理性、逻辑性,课程设置的目标性、方向性几个方面来分析:再次,通过文献研究法、问卷调查法、比较研究法等,分析目前在思想政治课教学中学生创业素质培养存在的问题及原因;最后,重点提出在高中思想政治课教学中培养学生创业素质的对策:通过转变教育教学观念:改变教学方式,优化教学方法;改善学习方式,鼓励学生求异思维;通过相关知识点渗透创业素质的培养;积极参加社会实践;构建学校、家长、社会三者的合力;充分发挥学生社团的作用;开发校本课程;建立科学合理的评价体系。以上几点对策的提出既立足于“小课堂”,利用课堂教学渗透对学生的创业素质的培养,又放眼于“大课堂”,在社会实践活动中锻炼和培养学生的创业能力和创业素质。创业素质培养的过程是一个系统的过程,只有将“小课堂”与“大课堂”有机地结合起来,才能在思想政治课教学中全面有效地培养学生的创业素质。希望本文提出的几点对策对在高中思想政治课教学中加强对学生的创业素质的培养具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, entrepreneurial economy has become the main mode of economic development in the world. The corresponding education also suggests that the emphasis should be on cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability to promote their all-round development. Therefore, the school began to attach great importance to the cultivation of students'entrepreneurial quality in the teaching of various subjects. There is no doubt that the ideological and political course in senior high school plays this important role, because compared with other subjects, the nature, goal and teaching content of the ideological and political course in senior high school determine its unique advantage and value in cultivating students' entrepreneurial quality. At present, in the high school ideological and political teaching, strengthening the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial quality has become an important subject for high school political teachers to study and solve. This paper mainly discusses how to train students' entrepreneurial quality effectively in high school ideological and political teaching. This paper first expounds the related concepts of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial quality, the composition of entrepreneurial quality and its main characteristics, secondly, analyzes the unique advantages and values of ideological and political courses in cultivating students' entrepreneurial quality. From the aspects of life, practicability, science and rationality of textbook arrangement and design, universality of knowledge scope, sociality, philosophy and logic of knowledge system, objective of curriculum, Third, through the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, comparative research and so on, this paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons of cultivating students' entrepreneurial quality in ideological and political teaching. The countermeasures of cultivating students' entrepreneurial quality in the course of ideological and political teaching in senior high school are put forward as follows: changing the concept of education and teaching, changing teaching methods, optimizing teaching methods, improving learning methods, encouraging students to think differently; Through the relevant knowledge points to infiltrate the cultivation of entrepreneurial quality; actively participate in social practice; construct the resultant force of school, parents and society; give full play to the role of student associations; develop school-based curriculum; and establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation system. The above countermeasures are based on the "small classroom", using classroom teaching to infiltrate the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial quality, but also to focus on the "big classroom" to train and cultivate students' entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial quality in social practice activities. The process of cultivating entrepreneurial quality is a systematic process. Only by organically combining "small class" with "big class" can students' entrepreneurial quality be fully and effectively cultivated in ideological and political teaching. It is hoped that the countermeasures put forward in this paper will be helpful to strengthen the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial quality in the course of ideological and political teaching in senior high school.
