高中美术特长生的现状与管理方法调查
[Abstract]:More than 30 years of reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, has made remarkable achievements. Rapid economic growth has also transformed society and culture, as well as education. With the development of social economy, the content and form of education have different requirements. Under the background of diversified education, many schools begin to popularize art education, and regard cultivating all-round talents as the highest goal of education. Therefore, the art specialty education of high school students has been paid more and more attention. But compared with the art education in western countries, due to the influence of various subjective and objective factors, such as late start, short time, and so on, the relevant state departments and regional education authorities have not yet formulated a unified curriculum and teaching for senior high school students. The guidelines and policies of the system, although all schools vigorously advocate the diversification of schools, and also in continuous practice, but basically still in the exploration stage of crossing the river, without a unified and complete system support. In recent years, the number of art college entrance examination students has been increasing year by year, among them, the number of art college entrance examination students has exceeded 2 million in 2014, Chinese secondary art education has ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges. On the other hand, high school fine arts students this group must cause our enough attention. Because the quality of this group of education is of great significance and far-reaching influence to the development of our country's art career in the future. Under the background of the vigorous development and diversified running of art education, the art specialty class is conceived as a new type of class form. In short, it not only has the most basic concept of class, but also has many characteristics different from ordinary culture class. Its appearance has had a great influence and change on the cultivation of fine arts students. And how to manage this type of class, so that it has a significant role in promoting the cultivation of Chinese art talents, is also the theme of practice and research in various schools in recent years. Therefore, as the manager of the art specialty class, the author takes the fine arts specialty class of our school as the reference object to analyze the present situation and the existing problems of the art specialty class in the senior high school, and puts forward the concrete solution. For the exploration of art class management model to provide reference and reference. The thesis is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction, which expounds the research background and significance of the full text, analyzes the current situation of the research on the high school fine arts specialty class management, and summarizes the research methods of the full text. In the second chapter, the author analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the fine arts students in our school. The third chapter takes the high school art special talent class teacher as the investigation object, has analyzed the high school special ability class teacher troop present situation and the existence question; the fourth chapter takes our school art special talent class as the reference object, analyzes the special long class present situation and the development situation. In the fifth chapter, the author analyzes the management of the art class. The sixth chapter aims at the investigation and analysis of the former, combined with their own thinking and practical experience, put forward the summary and inspiration of high school art class management, hoping to contribute to the research of related fields.
