农村初中语文教师素质现状调查研究

【摘要】:我国是农业大国,农村的教育在基础教育中占有十分重要的地位,而教师的素质关系到农村学校的教育质量。目前,农村初中语文教学问题尤为严重。因此,要想解决农村初中语文教学问题,关键是要提高农村初中语文教师素质。语文教师的素质主要包括语文教师的教育教学的理念、语文教师的知识素养、语文教师的师德修养、语文教师的能力素质和语文教师的身心健康状况等,而农村初中语文教师的素质在这几方面存在很大的问题。为了了解农村初中语文教师的素质现状,笔者对农村初中学校的部分学生和教师进行问卷调查和访谈,分析研究其素质缺失的原因,在此基础上提出提高农村初中语文教师素质的策略。首先要更新农村初中语文教师的教育观念,增强农村初中语文教师的责任感;其次是培养农村初中语文教师对自己职业的认同感,充分地认同自己的职业特点与任务;第三要关注农村初中语文教师的身体健康和心理健康;最后要培养语文教师的听、说、读、写等扎实的教学基本功。调查农村初中语文教师素质存在的问题,分析其素质缺失的原因,提出相应的策略,基于这样的写作思路来展开对农村初中语文教师素质问题的研究,期望对提高农村初中语文教师素质提供有益的建议。
[Abstract]:China is a big agricultural country, rural education plays an important role in basic education, and the quality of teachers is related to the quality of rural schools. At present, the rural junior middle school Chinese teaching problem is particularly serious. Therefore, to solve the problem of junior middle school Chinese teaching, the key is to improve the quality of rural junior middle school Chinese teachers. The quality of Chinese teachers mainly includes the concept of Chinese teachers' education and teaching, the knowledge literacy of Chinese teachers, the moral accomplishment of Chinese teachers, the ability quality of Chinese teachers and the physical and mental health of Chinese teachers, etc. But the rural junior middle school Chinese teacher's quality has the very big question in these several aspects. In order to understand the present situation of the quality of Chinese teachers in rural junior high schools, the author conducted questionnaires and interviews with some students and teachers of junior high schools in rural areas, and analyzed the reasons for their lack of quality. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some strategies to improve the quality of Chinese teachers in junior middle schools in rural areas. Firstly, it is necessary to renew the educational concept of Chinese teachers in rural junior high school, to strengthen the sense of responsibility of Chinese teachers in junior middle school, to cultivate the sense of identity of Chinese teachers in junior middle schools to their own occupation, and to fully identify with their professional characteristics and tasks. Third, we should pay attention to the physical and mental health of the rural junior middle school Chinese teachers, and finally train the Chinese teachers' basic teaching skills, such as listening, speaking, reading, writing and so on. This paper investigates the problems existing in the quality of junior middle school Chinese teachers in rural areas, analyzes the reasons for their lack of quality, and puts forward the corresponding strategies, based on which the research on the quality of Chinese teachers in junior middle schools in rural areas is carried out. Hope to improve the quality of junior high school Chinese teachers in rural areas to provide useful suggestions.
