美国中小学信息素养教育的研究

【摘要】:信息社会的高速发展给人类带来了许多机遇和便捷,同时也对人才的信息素质和信息能力提出了更高的要求。为适应信息时代社会的发展,提高公民的信息素养显得至关重要。而公民信息素养培养要从小抓起,因此中小学信息素养教育也逐渐受到社会各领域的热切关注和高度重视。但我国信息素养教育起步较晚,而且中小学信息素养教育也仅仅是简单的计算机知识和技能的教育。简言之,我国中小学真正意义上的信息素养教育还没有开展和实行。众所周知,美国的信息产业发展最为发达,同时也是世界上最早开展中小学信息素养教育的国家。时至今日美国中小学信息素养教育已取得明显的成效。本文通过研究美国中小学信息素养教育的发展历史;相关法律政策;信息素养教育组织和中小学教育中信息素养教育目标、课程、实施策略、师资培训等具体实施,力图全面总结其经验,以期为我国中小学信息素养教育提供借鉴和参考。本文共分为三个部分:第一部分:问题的提出及研究意义。提出本论文的选题背景、研究意义和研究方法,并对国内外研究文献进行梳理和论述,在此基础上界定了“美国中小学”、“信息素养”、“信息素养教育”三个概念。第二部分:具体研究美国中小学信息素养教育。首先,介绍了美国中小学信息素养教育的历史发展,详述了美国信息素养教育从1974年保罗?泽可斯基(Paul Zurkowski)的提出逐步发展至今的三个阶段,为下文深入介绍中小学信息素养教育做好历史铺垫。其次,从法律政策入手来分析国家对中小学信息素养教育提供的法律和政策保障;并全面介绍了美国信息素养教育的相关组织,包括政府组织和非政府组织。最后,着重分析了美国中小学信息素养教育的具体实施,包括教育目标、课程内容、课程设置、实施策略、师资培训等。第三部分:总结美国中小学信息素养教育的成功经验及对我国的启示。通过对美国中小学信息素养教育的全面分析研究,总结其成功经验,并结合我国中小学信息素养教育的现状和实际,有针对性地提出六点启示以供我国中小学信息素养教育之借鉴。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the information society has brought a lot of opportunities and convenience to human beings, at the same time, it has put forward higher requirements for the talents' information quality and information ability. In order to adapt to the development of the information age, it is very important to improve the information literacy of citizens. Therefore, the information literacy education in primary and secondary schools has been paid more and more attention. But the information literacy education of our country starts relatively late, and the information literacy education of primary and middle schools is only simple computer knowledge and skill education. In short, China's primary and secondary schools in the true sense of information literacy education has not been carried out and implemented. As we all know, the information industry in America is the most developed, and it is also the first country in the world to carry out information literacy education in primary and secondary schools. Up to now, the information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools has made remarkable achievements. This paper studies the history of information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools, the relevant laws and policies, and the development of information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools. In order to provide reference for information literacy education in primary and secondary schools, information literacy education aims, courses, implementation strategies, teacher training and other specific implementation in the information literacy education organization and primary and secondary education, trying to sum up its experience in order to provide reference and reference for the information literacy education in primary and secondary schools in our country. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part: the problem and the significance of research. This paper puts forward the background, significance and research method of this thesis, combs and discusses the domestic and foreign research literature, and defines the three concepts of "American primary and middle schools" and "information literacy education" on this basis. The second part: the specific study of information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools. First of all, it introduces the historical development of information literacy education in primary and secondary schools in the United States, and details the information literacy education in the United States from 1974, Paul? Zekowski (Paul Zurkowski) 's three stages of gradual development have laid the foundation for the further introduction of information literacy education in primary and secondary schools. Secondly, it analyzes the legal and policy guarantee of information literacy education in primary and secondary schools from the perspective of law and policy, and introduces the relevant organizations of information literacy education in the United States, including governmental organizations and non-governmental organizations. Finally, the paper analyzes the implementation of information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools, including educational objectives, curriculum contents, curriculum settings, implementation strategies, teacher training and so on. Part three: summarize the successful experience of information literacy education in American primary and middle schools and its enlightenment to our country. Based on the comprehensive analysis and study of information literacy education in American primary and secondary schools, this paper summarizes its successful experience, and combines the present situation and practice of information literacy education in primary and secondary schools in our country. This paper puts forward six enlightenments for the reference of information literacy education in primary and middle schools in our country.
