初中课堂教学中师生互动关系及其调控

【摘要】:以强调“知识与技能”、“过程与方法”、“情感、态度与价值观”三维一体为目标的新课程改革,对我国传统的教育教学提出新的要求和任务。课堂教学作为教学的核心活动对教学质量的提高至关重要。课堂教学中师生关系是否和谐,影响着教学质量。因此,对课堂教学中师生互动关系进行研究对于提高课堂教学质量,促进新课程改革具有一定的意义。本文试图在已有研究的基础上,借鉴相关理论,运用观察、问卷调查及访谈等方法,了解课堂教学的现状,揭示课堂教学中师生互动存在的问题,分析其产生的原因,并提出建立和谐师生互动关系的调控措施。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform, which emphasizes "knowledge and skill", "process and method", "emotion, attitude and values", puts forward new requirements and tasks for traditional education and teaching in China. As the core activity of teaching, classroom teaching is very important to the improvement of teaching quality. Whether the relationship between teachers and students is harmonious in classroom teaching affects the teaching quality. Therefore, the study on the interaction between teachers and students in classroom teaching has certain significance for improving the quality of classroom teaching and promoting the new curriculum reform. On the basis of the existing research, this paper tries to use the relevant theories for reference, using the methods of observation, questionnaire and interview, to understand the present situation of classroom teaching, to reveal the problems existing in the teacher-student interaction in classroom teaching, and to analyze the causes of the interaction between teachers and students. And put forward the regulation and control measures of establishing harmonious teacher-student interaction.
