初中教师教学思维方式与创造性教学行为的关系研究

【摘要】:教师的思维方式对教师的教学行为有着重要的影响。首先,教师的思维方式在教师的备课、讲课等教学过程中都起着重要的作用,它在很大程度上影响了教学结果;其次,教师的思维方式在教学创新上也有一定的影响,不同的思维方式在创造力方面也有不同的效果。本文以辽西地区的初中教师为研究对象,试图回答以下几个问题:(1)辽西地区初中教师教学思维方式的基本结构是什么?(2)辽西地区初中教师的创造性教学行为的基本结构是什么?(3)辽西地区初中教师的教学思维方式对教师的创造性教学行为有什么影响?(4)辽西地区影响教师的教学思维方式的因素有哪些?本文运用文献法、问卷法与统计分析法进行研究,对辽西地区的163名教师进行问卷调查。研究的结果表明:(1)教师的基本教学思维方式包括:教师自我管理的功能、自我管理的形式、自我管理的范围和自我管理的倾向四个维度。(2)教师的创造性教学行为的基本结构包括:学习方法指导、动机激发、观点评价和鼓励变通。(3)辽西地区初中教师的教学思维方式对创造性教学行为有显著相关。(4)在学历因素、地域因素、是否班主任和性别因素中,性别因素对教师的教学思维方式影响显著。
[Abstract]:The teacher's thinking mode has an important influence on the teacher's teaching behavior. First of all, the way of thinking of teachers plays an important role in the teaching process, such as preparing lessons, lectures and so on, which to a large extent affects the teaching results; Secondly, the teacher's thinking mode also has certain influence in the teaching innovation, the different thinking mode also has the different effect in the creativity aspect. This paper takes junior middle school teachers in western Liaoning as the research object. This paper attempts to answer the following questions: (1) what is the basic structure of the teaching thinking mode of junior high school teachers in western Liaoning? (2) what is the basic structure of creative teaching behavior of junior high school teachers in western Liaoning? (3) what is the basic structure of creative teaching behavior in western Liaoning? What is the influence of the teaching thinking mode of junior middle school teachers on teachers' creative teaching behavior? (4) what are the factors that affect the teachers' teaching thinking mode in western Liaoning? In this paper, 163 teachers in western Liaoning were investigated by literature, questionnaire and statistical analysis. The results show that: (1) the basic teaching thinking mode of teachers includes: the function of teachers' self-management, the form of self-management, The scope of self-management and the tendency of self-management are four dimensions. (2) the basic structure of teachers' creative teaching behavior includes: learning method guidance, motivation stimulation, (3) the teaching mode of thinking of junior middle school teachers in western Liaoning is significantly related to creative teaching behavior. (4) among the factors of academic background, region, class teacher and gender, Gender factors have a significant impact on teachers' teaching thinking.
