社会支持、自我效能与青少年体育锻炼满意度的关系

【摘要】:以上海市1296名初中学生为样本来源,进行青少年体育锻炼社会支持量表、自我效能量表以及满意度量表的测试,运用层次回归分析和结构方程模型拟合的方法对三者之间的关系进行检验。研究发现:家长对青少年体育锻炼行为的支持与否,不会影响到其参加锻炼的自我效能和满意度,而同伴和学校对其锻炼行为的支持度越高,则越容易激发青少年克服障碍参加体育活动的信念,从而提高青少年对参加体育锻炼效果的满意程度,也就是说,同伴和学校的支持行为对于青少年体育锻炼满意度的影响,是通过自我效能这一中介变量实现的。建议:有效运用青少年外在环境的社会支持系统提升自我效能进而影响其体育锻炼的满意度,形成一个正向的循环机制,从而促进青少年体育锻炼习惯的养成。
[Abstract]:A sample of 1296 junior middle school students in Shanghai was tested with the Social support scale for physical exercise, Self-efficacy scale and satisfaction scale. The relationship between them is tested by hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation model fitting. The study found that parents' support for teenagers' physical exercise behavior did not affect their self-efficacy and satisfaction, and the higher the degree of peer and school support for their exercise behavior, The more likely it is to inspire teenagers to overcome obstacles and participate in physical activity, and thus to improve the degree of satisfaction of teenagers with the effects of physical exercise, that is to say, the influence of peer and school support behavior on the satisfaction of teenagers with physical exercise. This is achieved through self-efficacy as an intermediate variable. It is suggested that the social support system of teenagers' external environment should be used effectively to improve their self-efficacy and thus affect their satisfaction with physical exercise, and form a positive circulation mechanism, thus promoting the formation of physical exercise habits of teenagers.
