对提高中学生腰腹肌及上肢力量训练方法的探索

【摘要】:我国大中小学学生的身体素质情况近年来屡受关注,,而受关注的原因是因为全社会整体性身体素质的退化已经人所共知,由于我国从上世纪70年代末施行的独生子女政策在为国家减轻了人口负担的同时,却带来了更多的负面影响,这是政策制定者所始料未及的。独生子女的娇生惯养以及营养过剩和不良生活习惯的形成都对全社会人群的身体素质产生不良影响已经越来越突出。 加之我国学校体育因为教育理念的偏差备受忽视,恰恰是学校体育为学生时代的体育习惯和体育意识起到了启蒙作用,而我们的教育制度让所有的人认为体育是没有智慧的行为,而学习体育更是带有着明确的功利性。 中学阶段是人体发育承上启下的阶段,是身心健康的重要转折点。关注这一阶段学生的身体素质情况是践行素质教育的重要内容。在历次的学校健康标准考核中各个学校的成绩都“令人振奋”——全面合格,但本研究则对此表示了质疑,选取了市内五所中学作为对照样本,一所中学作为实验样本,对女生的腰腹肌力量和男生上肢力量进行了严格的标准测试,通过女生仰卧起坐和男生引体向上测试情况得到的结果耐人寻味,最终本研究得出以下结论: 1.中学阶段学生的身体素质因为种种主客观原因而达不到国家标准,但由于某些原因,实际情况被掩盖,尤其女生的腰腹肌力量和男生的上肢力量非常欠缺。 2.影响腰腹肌力量和上肢力量的原因很复杂,既有生活习惯的问题,也有传统教育观念的问题,体育课被忽视,导致了学生的各种运动机能退化严重。 3.腰腹肌和上肢肌肉的训练方法多种多样,通过老师根据实际情况制定的训练计划,选择训练方法手段,控制训练强度和量,有步骤的进行针对性训练,效果显著。 4同时要注意健康生活习惯和终身体育的意识,这恰恰是保持身体健康的最基础保证,没有这个保证,所有的训练都是空中楼阁。
[Abstract]:In recent years, attention has been paid to the situation of students' physical fitness in Chinese universities and primary and secondary schools. The reason for this concern is that the deterioration of the overall physical fitness of the whole society is well known. Since the one-child policy implemented in China since the end of the 1970s has reduced the population burden for the country, it has brought more negative effects, which is unexpected to the policy makers. The pampering of the only child and the formation of excessive nutrition and bad living habits have more and more negative effects on the physical quality of the whole society. In addition, school physical education in our country has been neglected because of the deviation of educational concept. It is precisely because school sports has played an enlightening role in the sports habits and sports consciousness of the students' time. And our education system makes all people think that sports is not intelligent behavior, and learning sports has a clear utilitarian. The middle school stage is the stage of human body development, which is an important turning point of physical and mental health. Paying attention to students' physical quality is an important part of quality education. The results of each school were "heartening" in the past school health standard tests-fully qualified, but this study questioned this, selecting five middle schools in the city as a control sample and a middle school as an experimental sample. The strength of female psoas abs and the strength of upper limb of boys were tested by strict standard. The results obtained from girls' sit-ups and boys' uplifting tests were intriguing. Finally, the following conclusions were obtained: 1. The physical quality of middle school students can not reach the national standard because of various subjective and objective reasons, but because of some reasons, the actual situation is concealed, especially the strength of the psoas abs of girls and the strength of upper limbs of boys is very short. 2. The reasons that affect the strength of the psoas abs and upper limbs are very complicated. There are not only the problems of living habits, but also the problems of traditional educational concepts. Physical education is neglected, which leads to the deterioration of students' motor functions. 3. The training methods of psoas abs and upper limb muscles are various. Through the training plan made by the teacher according to the actual situation, the training methods and means are selected, the intensity and quantity of training are controlled, and the training is carried out step by step, and the effect is remarkable. At the same time, we should pay attention to the habit of healthy life and the consciousness of lifelong physical education, which is precisely the most basic guarantee to maintain physical health. Without this guarantee, all training is a castle in the air.
