合肥市初中男生50米跑成绩变化特征及影响因素研究

【摘要】:本文运用文献资料法、测试法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对安徽省合肥市初中男生50米跑成绩变化特征及影响因素进行探究。选取合肥市第四十五中学、长丰县城关中学和双墩镇初级中学为测试学校,对其初一、初二、初三各年级30位男生(随机抽取)的50米跑分别进行了前后三次测试,通过观察对比三所中学各年级男生50米成绩变化的趋势,探究合肥市初中男生50米跑成绩的变化特征。同时从学生、家庭、学校三个方面进行调查分析合肥市初中男生50米跑成绩的影响因素。最后对相关问题进行归纳总结,提出相应建议。这不仅为初中生速度素质发展的理论层面增加相关的内容,也对初中男生速度素质科学训练提供一定的实践指导作用。研究结果表明:1.合肥市初中男生50米跑成绩的变化特征主要表现为自然增长性、阶段性、递增性、不稳定性、不平衡性。整体处于快速发展阶段,但由于年龄的差异、地区的差异表现出不同段的学生具有明显的差异。2.合肥市城乡初中男生之间的50米跑成绩变化幅度存在严重不平衡性,在50米跑成绩的增长总幅度上城市高于乡镇。3.影响合肥市初中男生50米跑成绩变化的因素是多方面的,主要有内部和外部两方面,内部因素主要为学生自身因素,包括家族遗传、身体形态、个人体育意识和行为;外部因素主要包括家庭因素和学校因素。这几个方面的因素因素是相互联系的,共同影响这学生的速度素质发展。4.合肥市的学生和家长对体育的重要性认识尚不够充分,体育意识较薄弱,同时在体育参与程度上也比较欠缺,没有良好的体育锻炼习惯,需要从思想和行动上加强对体育运动的支持和参与。5.合肥市区和乡镇的经济水平不同,对学校体育基础设施的投入和重视程度存在较大差距,导致了城乡学生在速度素质等方面的发展存在较大差异。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, test, interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper probes into the change characteristics and influencing factors of 50 meter race achievement of junior high school boys in Hefei, Anhui Province. Taking Hefei No. 45 Middle School, Changfeng Chengguan Middle School and Shuangduanzhen Junior Middle School as test schools, the 50-meter race of 30 male students (randomly selected) in the first, second and third grades of the first, second and third grade of the school were tested respectively. By observing and comparing the change trend of boys' 50-meter performance in three middle schools, this paper probes into the changing characteristics of boys' 50-meter running performance in Hefei junior middle school. At the same time, the author investigated and analyzed the influencing factors of 50 meters running achievement of junior high school boys in Hefei from three aspects: student, family and school. Finally, the related problems are summarized and the corresponding suggestions are put forward. This not only adds relevant contents to the theoretical level of junior high school students' speed quality development, but also provides some practical guidance for junior high school boys' speed quality scientific training. The results show that: 1. The change characteristics of boys' 50-meter race in Hefei junior high school are natural growth, stage, increasing, instability and unbalance. The whole is in the rapid development stage, but because of the age difference, the regional difference shows the different stage student has the obvious difference. 2. There is a serious imbalance in the range of the change of the 50-meter race achievement between the boys in the middle school in Hefei city and the city is higher than the township in the total increase range of the 50-meter running result. There are many factors that influence the change of boys' 50-meter running performance in Hefei junior high school, including internal and external factors, including family heredity, body shape, personal sports consciousness and behavior. External factors mainly include family factors and school factors. These aspects of the factors are interrelated, jointly affect the speed of the development of the quality of the students. 4. The students and parents in Hefei have not enough understanding of the importance of physical education, the consciousness of physical education is weak, the degree of participation in physical education is also relatively deficient, and there is no good habit of physical exercise. There is a need to strengthen ideological and operational support and participation in sports. 5. The economic level of Hefei is different from that of towns and cities, and there is a big gap in the investment and attention to the physical education infrastructure of schools, which leads to the great difference in the development of students' speed and quality between urban and rural areas.
