学科组校本教研的“假假真真”——校本教研存在问题与改进策略建议

【摘要】:本文基于校本教研背景下,以学校最重要的教研主体——学科组为切入点。分析在校本教研中存在着流于形式、缺乏系统化、效果不显著等问题。并从笔者所在学科团队如何开展和保障校本教研的效果抛砖引玉,提出校本教研可以在学校制度保障、学科组长的谋划和引领、教师个人教研意识提升方面,让校本教研实实在在地开展和真真正正地取得一定成效。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of school-based teaching and research, this paper takes the subject group, the most important subject of the school, as the breakthrough point. There are some problems in school-based teaching and research, such as formality, lack of systematization and effect. And from the author's subject team how to develop and ensure the effect of school-based teaching and research, it is proposed that school-based teaching and research can be in the school system protection, subject leader's planning and guidance, teachers' personal awareness of teaching and research, Let the school-based teaching and research real and true to achieve certain results.
