农村初中美育教育的现状与对策

【摘要】:在我国农村初中,短时间内很难改变目前这种应试教育的落后方式。但是,难以改变不等于没法改变。没有美育的教育总是一种不完全的教育,难以实现培养全面发展的人的目标。从其本质来说,美育作为一种自我完善的方式,会使人的精神生活朝着更加美好、健康的方向发展,会给予精神世界支离破碎的现代人以更多完满和生机,对于思想观念相对落后的农村初中来讲更是如此,这是时代发展对美育的历史呼唤所在。本文笔者通过多处走访,运用实证分析的方法,在山东省内发出关于农村初中美育教育现状与对策的访谈表(教师)1000份,回收有效问卷682份,并针对相关问题进行了具体的整理分析。本次访谈涉及聊城、滨州、淄博、潍坊、泰安、临沂、菏泽、德州、东营、枣庄等10个市的30所初中。访谈调查表从美育在农村中学教育中的重要地位和作用分析入手,通过对农村初中美育教育存在的问题及原因进行阐述并提出相关对策,以期引起国家、省市县教育管理部门的重视,充分调动教师、学生的积极性,达到理想的美育效果。本文需要特别强调的是,美育如果和我们广大农村丰富多彩的传统文化相脱离就会变成没有根的东西,因此笔者提出为了切实推动农村初中美育的构建和推动,许多实际工作应该建立在对中国农村那种朴素的传统文化批判吸收、弘扬与创造性的基础之上,这也是本文的最终落脚点。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to change the backward way of examination-oriented education in the rural junior middle school in a short time. However, difficult to change does not mean can not change. Education without aesthetic education is always a kind of incomplete education, and it is difficult to achieve the goal of cultivating people with all-round development. In its essence, aesthetic education, as a way of self-improvement, will make people's spiritual life develop in a more beautiful and healthy direction, and will give more perfection and vitality to the fragmented modern people in the spiritual world. This is especially true for the backward rural junior middle school, which is the historical call of the development of the times to aesthetic education. In this paper, through many visits, using the method of empirical analysis, the author sent out 1000 interview forms (teachers) about the current situation and countermeasures of aesthetic education in rural junior high schools in Shandong province, and collected 682 valid questionnaires. And the related problems are analyzed in detail. The interview involved Liaocheng, Binzhou, Zibo, Weifang, Tai'an, Linyi, Heze, Texas, Dongying, Zaozhuang and other 10 cities of 30 junior high schools. From the analysis of the important position and function of aesthetic education in rural middle school education, the author expounds the problems and causes of aesthetic education in rural junior middle school and puts forward relevant countermeasures in order to cause the country. The provincial, provincial and county education management departments pay more attention to fully arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and students, and achieve the ideal aesthetic education effect. What this article needs to emphasize is that aesthetic education will become rootless if it is separated from the rich and colorful traditional culture in our rural areas. Therefore, the author suggests that in order to promote the construction and promotion of aesthetic education in rural junior high schools, A lot of practical work should be based on the critique absorption, promotion and creativity of the simple traditional culture of Chinese rural areas, which is the final foothold of this paper.
