M中学班级管理中批评教育问题研究

【摘要】:社会在发展,时代在进步,学生情况在变化。同时,在新课程改革的浪潮下,“赏识教育”、“成功教育”、“快乐教育”等新兴的教育理念空前高涨,似乎批评教育就跟不上教育形势,与大环境背道而驰。然而,中学生处于人生的重要成长时期,身心发展还不够成熟,自控能力差,错误难免发生,对犯错误的学生进行批评教育,有效的防止过错的再次发生,是每一位教师义不容辞的责任和义务。缺乏必要的批评的教育必然会造成学生不平衡的心理发展,学生心理承受力与耐挫力下降,抗压能力减弱。但是在批评教育的实践中,广大教师应该综合考虑各种因素,采取合理的批评教育措施,才能达到理想的效果。本文首先阐述了班级管理中批评教育存在的问题:教师不善、不愿、不敢进行批评教育。然后阐明原因,包括缺乏培训与学习,教师不善批评教育;社会舆论压力下,教师不敢批评教育;教育行政压力下,教师不愿批评教育。其次,对班级管理中实施批评教育的原则进行分析、总结,提出公正性、尊重性、及时性、针对性、一致性、根本性等原则。再次,对班级管理中有效实施批评教育提出几点改进建议,比如引导正确社会舆论导向、提高教师的职业素养、批评教育主体互相配合、构建多渠道的交流平台、班级管理要勇于创新。最后,得出文章的结论,批评教育是必要的,但是要合理并恰当的运用才能够达到预期的教育目的。
[Abstract]:The society is developing, the times are progressing, and the situation of students is changing. At the same time, under the tide of the new curriculum reform, "appreciation education", "success education", "happy education" and other new educational concepts have never been seen before. It seems that criticism of education cannot keep up with the educational situation and runs counter to the general environment. However, the middle school students are in the important growth period of life, the physical and mental development is not mature enough, the self-control ability is poor, the mistake inevitably occurs, carries on the criticism education to the student who makes the mistake, effectively prevents the mistake to happen again, Each teacher is duty-bound responsibility and obligation. The lack of necessary criticism of education will inevitably lead to unbalanced psychological development of students, students' psychological tolerance and resistance to frustration decreased, and the ability to resist pressure weakened. However, in the practice of critical education, teachers should consider all kinds of factors and take reasonable measures to achieve ideal results. This paper first expounds the problems of critical education in class management: teachers are not good, unwilling and dare not carry out critical education. Then explain the reasons, including lack of training and learning, teachers are not critical of education; under the pressure of public opinion, teachers dare not criticize education; under the pressure of educational administration, teachers are unwilling to criticize education. Secondly, the principles of critical education in class management are analyzed, summarized, and the principles of fairness, respect, timeliness, pertinence, consistency and foundation are put forward. Thirdly, some suggestions are put forward to improve the effective implementation of critical education in class management, such as guiding the correct guidance of public opinion, improving teachers' professional accomplishment, criticizing the main body of education to cooperate with each other, and constructing a multi-channel communication platform. Class management should be creative. Finally, the conclusion of the article is that it is necessary to criticize education, but it must be used reasonably and properly to achieve the expected educational purpose.
