高二化学学困生的成因及对策研究

【摘要】：教育作为培养和造就社会所需要的合格人才的崇高事业,必须全面体现以人为本的理念。因此,现代教育强调以人为本,重视人,理解人,尊重人,爱护人,更关注人的全面发展。全面实施素质教育,深化教育领域综合改革,着力提高教育质量,培养学生社会责任感、创新精神、实践能力,不断提升人们的综合素质和技能,是推动社会迅速发展的前提,是目前教育界面临的一项重要任务。然而学习困难是学校教育中普遍存在的现象,据国内外研究表明：学习困难学生人数逐年递增。它阻碍了学生健康、全面地发展,学困生己成为世界各国教育普遍关注的一个问题,因此,研究和探讨学困生的形成原因以及找到有效的教育对策既是教育现实的需要,也是摆在教育工作者面前的紧要任务,因此研究本课题具有重要现实意义。本文以笔者所任教学校高二年级2个普通班学生为研究对象,依据韦纳的动机归因理论,采用调查问卷、个别访谈、文献检索等方法,分析了学生出现化学学习困难的原因,提出了影响学困生学业成功与否的归因类型,并针对不同类型的学困生,实施了相应的转化教学策略,实施后学困生学习成绩有所提高,取得了初步的效果,达到了预期转化化学学困生的目的。论文共分为六个部分：第一部分：介绍了问题提出的原因和本研究的目的、意义第二部分：概述了课题研究的相关概念和理论基础第三部分：调查我校高二学生化学学习状况,分析学生产生化学学习困难的原因第四部分：实施转化化学学困生的教学对策,并对实验结果进行统计分析第五、六部分：结论与问题讨论
[Abstract]:Education, as the lofty cause of cultivating and bringing up qualified talents needed by the society, must embody the idea of people-oriented in an all-round way. Therefore, modern education emphasizes people-oriented, pays attention to people, understands people, respects people, cherishes them and pays more attention to their all-round development. The premise of promoting the rapid development of society is to carry out quality education in an all-round way, deepen the comprehensive reform in the field of education, focus on improving the quality of education, train students' sense of social responsibility, innovate spirit, practice ability, and constantly improve people's comprehensive quality and skills. It is an important task facing the educational circle at present. However, learning difficulties is a common phenomenon in school education. According to domestic and foreign studies, the number of students with learning disabilities is increasing year by year. It hinders the students' healthy and all-round development. Students with learning difficulties have become a universal concern in education all over the world. Therefore, it is necessary to study and explore the causes of the formation of students with learning difficulties and to find effective educational countermeasures. It is also an urgent task for educators, so it is of great practical significance to study this subject. Based on Werner's theory of motivation attribution, questionnaire, individual interview, literature retrieval and other methods, this paper analyzes the reasons for the students' chemical learning difficulties. This paper puts forward the attribution types that affect the academic success of the students with learning difficulties, and implements the corresponding transformation teaching strategies for different types of students with learning difficulties. After the implementation, the learning achievements of the students with learning difficulties have been improved, and the preliminary results have been obtained. To achieve the expected transformation of chemistry students with learning difficulties. The thesis is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the reasons of the problem and the purpose of this study. The second part: the introduction of the related concepts and theoretical basis of the research. The third part: the investigation of the chemistry learning situation of the second year senior high school students. Analysis of the causes of students' difficulties in Chemistry Learning part IV: the implementation of Teaching Strategies for students with Learning difficulties in Chemistry and the Statistical Analysis of the results of the experiment part five and six: conclusions and discussion of problems
