新一轮高考改革中分数体系的建构

【摘要】:新一轮高考改革提出,考生高考总成绩由语文、数学、外语三个必考科目和高中学业水平考试中的三个自选科目的成绩组成。其中,外语科目每年为考生提供两次考试机会,学业水平考试成绩以等级呈现。本文在新高考改革的大背景下分析了现行高考分数体系存在的问题,并提出新的分数体系建构方案:必考科目采用测验等值和量表分数相结合的方式,自选科目采取标准设定和测验等值相结合的方法进行分数报告。最后,本文从考试技术的角度建议在新一轮高考改革中大力推动测验等值技术的应用,抓紧各学科题库的建设,全面优化高考分数报告。
[Abstract]:In the new round of college entrance examination reform, the total score of the college entrance examination is composed of three compulsory subjects of Chinese, mathematics and foreign language, and the results of the three optional subjects in the high school academic level examination. Among them, foreign language subjects provide candidates with two test opportunities each year, academic proficiency test scores are presented as grades. Under the background of the new college entrance examination reform, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current score system of the college entrance examination, and puts forward a new scheme of constructing the score system: the compulsory subjects adopt the method of combining the test equivalence with the scale score. Self-selected subjects are reported by a combination of standard setting and test equivalence. Finally, from the point of view of examination technology, this paper suggests to promote the application of test equivalence technology in the new round of college entrance examination reform, to pay close attention to the construction of each subject question bank, and to optimize the report of college entrance examination scores in an all-round way.
