免费师范生《生物教育研究导引》混合式学习中案例教学的应用研究
[Abstract]:The policy of free normal students has received great attention since its implementation. Six normal colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education have gradually introduced new measures, but the study situation of free normal students in school is not optimistic. Many normal students have a low sense of identity and lack of intrinsic motivation for their own "quasi-teachers". However, most of the teachers' education courses for normal students tend to be theoretical knowledge, which is difficult to understand, resulting in a lack of interest and enthusiasm in the study of teachers' students. Causes learning burnout. Nowadays, with the rapid development of educational informatization, hybrid learning has gradually entered colleges and universities, and is gradually becoming the mainstream of curriculum learning in colleges and universities. However, what students have accepted in the past ten years is a traditional way of learning, that is, face-to-face learning. For the hybrid learning, which combines online learning with face-to-face learning, it is not very suitable, so there will be various problems in the learning process. At the time of the vigorous development of hybrid learning, case teaching is also developing rapidly, and has been applied to the teaching of colleges and universities, and some results have been achieved. There have been a lot of researches on hybrid learning and case teaching, but few people combine them. Based on the current free normal students' learning burnout problem and the advantages of hybrid learning and case teaching, The author hopes to explore how to combine the advantages of mixed learning and case teaching to promote the learning effect of normal students by studying the application of case teaching in the mixed learning of students in biology education. This research mainly through the literature method, the investigation method and the case study method carries on the research to the normal school student's study effect. It is found that the application of case teaching in the mixed learning of students in biology education can stimulate the students' interest and enthusiasm, and promote the students' learning results. In the process of learning theoretical knowledge, students can enhance their self-confidence and self-efficacy through the continuous improvement of the "self-case"; Other types of cases can enable students to experience the experience of excellent teachers to deepen the sense of identity to the profession of teachers, and at the same time to strengthen the understanding and practice of the theoretical knowledge learned. The application of case teaching in the mixed learning of students in biology education has achieved good results, but there are still some deficiencies in its application details, which still need to be strengthened and perfected.
