山东省中小学“双师型”体育教师的教学现状研究

【摘要】:受地区经济、人事制度以及师资条件等因素的影响,山东省中小学双师型体育教师在中小学体育教学中扮演着重要角色。因此,山东省中小学双师型体育教师的教学研究,对了解和掌握双师型体育教师的体育教学的现状、体育专业知识学习需求、体育教学质量以及影响其体育教学质量的因素等具有重要意义。本文为了了解中小学双师型体育教师的教学现状,找出双师型体育教学的优缺点,为双师型体育教师提供理论参考,以山东省部分乡镇和农村中小学的164名双师型体育教师为调查对象,采用问卷和访谈等方法就双师型体育教师产生原因、来源构成、基本情况、体育认知情况、体育教学现状以及体育教学方面的自我认识和自我评价等方面做了调查,并结合文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,对调查结果做了详细的统计和分析。得出以下主要结论:1山东省中小学双师型体育教师主要以专科以上学历的文化课、男性教师为主,且大部分为中青年教师。2山东省中小学大部分双师型体育教师的工作量比专职教师的工作量大,但是工资待遇与专职教师相比并未得到相应的提高。3虽然山东省部分中小学双师型体育教师在体育知识与运动技能等都有很大欠缺,但半数以上的双师型体育教师没有参加过与体育教学相关的任何培训。4山东省中小学大部分双师型体育教师能正确认识体育教学目标,对体育课的重要性有正确的认识,但在教学中大都比较重视文化课。5山东省中小学双师型体育教师的备课情况并不乐观,体育教学内容过于随意,教学方法单一,教学过程不完善,对评价方法和内容的选择不够合理。6双师型体育教学中在与学生的交流沟通、规范课堂纪律等方面有一定的优点,但是也存在双师型体育教师对运动技能掌握不足,不能准确示范等问题。根据所得结论,提出以下建议:1在双师型体育教师队伍的建设上,首先要做好选材,其次,制定严格的双师型体育教师的考核制度,最后是保证双师型体育教师队伍的稳定性。2建立多元化的培训方式,采用“校本培训”为主,结合校外培训的方法,充分发挥骨干专业体育教师的作用。3完善双师型体育教师的激励机制,激发其教学工作的积极性。4加强校领导对体育课的重视,提高双师型体育教师对体育重要性的认识。5学校要创建和谐、民主的校园环境,为每个双师型体育教师教学能力的提高提供足够的支持和发展空间。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of regional economy, personnel system and teacher conditions, double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province play an important role in physical education teaching in primary and secondary schools. Therefore, the teaching research of double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province, in order to understand and master the current situation of physical education teaching of double-qualified physical education teachers, the learning needs of physical education professional knowledge, The quality of physical education teaching and the factors that affect the quality of physical education teaching are of great significance. In order to understand the present teaching situation of double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools, this paper finds out the advantages and disadvantages of double-qualified physical education teaching, and provides theoretical reference for double-qualified physical education teachers. Taking 164 double-qualified physical education teachers in some villages and towns and rural primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province as the object of investigation, this paper uses questionnaires and interviews to analyze the causes, source composition, basic situation and sports cognition of double-qualified physical education teachers. This paper makes an investigation on the present situation of physical education teaching and the self-cognition and self-evaluation of physical education teaching, and makes a detailed statistics and analysis of the survey results combined with the research methods of literature, mathematical statistics and so on. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province are mainly cultural courses with college education or above, and male teachers are mainly male teachers. And most of them are young and middle-aged teachers. 2 the workload of most double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province is larger than that of full-time teachers. However, compared with full-time teachers, wages have not been improved accordingly. 3 although some primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Shandong Province have a great lack of physical education knowledge and sports skills, However, more than half of the double-qualified physical education teachers have not participated in any training related to physical education teaching. 4 most of the double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province can correctly understand the teaching objectives of physical education and have a correct understanding of the importance of physical education. However, most of them attach importance to cultural lessons in teaching. 5 the preparation of double-qualified physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Shandong Province is not optimistic, the content of physical education teaching is too casual, the teaching method is single, and the teaching process is not perfect. The choice of evaluation method and content is not reasonable. 6 in the teaching of double-qualified physical education, it has some advantages in communicating with students and standardizing classroom discipline, but there is also a lack of mastery of sports skills by double-qualified physical education teachers. Can not accurately demonstrate and other issues. According to the conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: 1 in the construction of double-qualified physical education teachers, we should first do a good job in the selection of materials, secondly, formulate a strict assessment system for double-qualified physical education teachers. Finally, it is to ensure the stability of the double-qualified physical education teachers. 2 to establish a diversified training method, using "school-based training" as the main method, combined with the method of out-of-school training, Give full play to the role of backbone professional physical education teachers. 3 improve the incentive mechanism of double-qualified physical education teachers, stimulate the enthusiasm of their teaching work. 4 strengthen the importance of school leaders to physical education, To improve the understanding of the importance of physical education by double-qualified physical education teachers. 5 Schools should create a harmonious and democratic campus environment to provide sufficient support and development space for each double-qualified physical education teacher to improve his teaching ability.
