SWOT分析法与中小学名师培养目标的自我预设

【摘要】：名师培养需要走个性化专业发展之路。以"浙派名师培养工程"为例,针对个性化培养目标设置中存在的问题,提出教师自我预设培养目标的策略。为使自我预设目标更具针对性,运用了SWOT分析方法,结合具体操作步骤,从而实现对名师的有效培养。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of famous teachers needs to take the road of individualized professional development. Taking the training Project of famous Teachers of Zhejiang School as an example, aiming at the problems existing in the setting of individualized training objectives, this paper puts forward the strategies of teachers' self-presupposition of training objectives. In order to make the self-presupposition goal more targeted, the SWOT analysis method is used, combined with the concrete operation steps, so as to realize the effective cultivation of famous teachers.
