教师专业发展视角下的初中英语微课现状研究

   教师专业发展在我国一直以来都是热门话题。随着英语基础课程改革的实施,社会和学校都对英语教师提出了更高的要求。在教育信息化背景下,作为现代教育技术和现代教育思想的产物,微课应运而生。初中英语教师专业发展与微课教学关系密切,将微课应用于教学是提高教师专业发展的新途径。微课教学丰富了初中英语教师专业发展理论,微课教学的实践也能在教师专业发展理论的指导下得到提高。因此,本研究采用定性和定量分析相结合,调查初中英语课堂上微课教学的使用现状,分析微课应用中存在的问题,并从教师专业发展视角提出了相关的建议。本研究旨在回答以下三个问题:(1)教师专业发展理论对初中英语微课应用有哪些要求?(2)微课在初中英语教学中的使用现状及影响如何?(3)影响初中英语教师在课堂教学中使用微课的外部因素和自身的内部因素有哪些?本研究得出了以下结论:第一,教师专业发展理论下,对初中英语教师提出如下要求:教师应对微课教学持积极肯定的态度;教师应掌握有关微课应用的概念、特点及方法等专业知识;教师应提高设计、制作及应用微课的专业能力;第二,研究发现初中英语微课的应用现状并不理想,只有少数教师在教学中应用微课。微课教学可以提高教学效果,丰富教学资源,增强学生对英语的兴趣,提高学生的英语成绩,并且,应用微课教学可以促进教师专业发展;第三,影响微课教学的外部因素:微课资源平台的杂乱无章,学校的微课教学环境欠佳;内部因素包括,教师缺乏对微课的兴趣和认识,教师缺乏使用微课教学的能力。并且,在教师专业发展的理论指导下,作者试图提出了一些促进微课教学的建议:完善微课共建共享资源平台;优化学校的微课应用环境;提高教师灵活应用微课教学的能力。
