城市社区教育功能研究—对玉溪市红塔区葫田社区的个案剖析

【摘要】：随着我国社会转型的加剧，城市社区面临着新一轮的改革和发展，越来越多的城市居民从“单位人”转变为“社区人”，社区作为最基层的社会组织和单位逐渐发挥出其在社会管理中的价值和意义，搞好城市社区建设是城市社会发展的前提条件，发展城市社区教育则是搞好城市社区建设的必经之路。要想实现城市社区教育的发展，首先要了解清楚城市社区教育的功能体系。本文在社区教育功能体系的基础上，厘清城市社区教育功能的内涵，分析城市社区教育功能发挥的条件，从育人功能和社会功能两个方面构建本研究的城市社区教育功能体系，并进一步将育人功能的特点归纳为“三全”、“四性”，将社会功能划分为经济、文化、民主、可持续发展、构建学习型城市和促进社区和谐与稳定六个方面。本研究以玉溪市红塔区葫田社区为个案，通过其2010年6月至2013年3月期间开展社区教育的情况进行分析，以葫田社区的区域特色为背景，以城市社区教育功能体系为框架，了解葫田社区教育活动的开展情况，，从育人功能和社会功能两个角度分析其社区教育功能发挥的情况，发现葫田社区教育功能发挥中存在着教育目标僵化、教育对象不明确、教育内容单一和教育形式简单等不足之处，并根据其实际情况从宏观和微观两个方面给出相具体的发展办法和策略。
[Abstract]:With the increase of our country ' s social transformation , the city community faces a new round of reform and development , and more and more urban residents have changed from " unit people " to " community people " . The community , as the most basic social organization and unit , gradually develops its value and significance in the social management , and the development of urban community education is the only way to do well in the construction of the urban community . In order to realize the development of urban community education , we should first understand the functional system of urban community education . On the basis of community education function system , this paper analyzes the connotation of urban community education function , analyzes the condition of urban community education function , constructs the urban community education function system of this study from two aspects of educating function and social function , and further divides social function into three aspects : economy , culture , democracy , sustainable development , construction of learning city and promotion of community harmony and stability .
