【摘要】:自20世纪后期开始人类社会进入知识经济时代,信息和知识大量产生和传播,知识管理应运而生。作为一种先进的管理理念,知识管理逐渐被各个行业广泛采用,知识的管理和运用能力日益成为企业的核心竞争力。近年来,在政府的推动下,我国的教育培训行业发展迅速,培训竞争激烈,培训行业和企业也在寻找提高核心竞争力的新方式。2000年以来,知识管理作为新兴的管理理念受到教育培训领域专家的关注和研究,并逐步在实践中实施。知识管理虽然已经引入到教育培训行业,但仍处于探索阶段,存在一些需要解决的问题。比如:管理者对知识管理重视度不够;显性知识未能充分管理;隐性知识未能充分挖掘利用;知识管理平台建设滞后等。基于这些问题,本文以职业资格类培训项目的知识转移为研究对象,重点研究职业资格类培训项目中知识转移的影响因素并试图提出相应对策,这对于培训行业发展具有重要的现实意义。本文是针对职业资格类培训项目知识转移一次探索性研究,主要做的工作如下:1.查阅大量文献,综述了知识转移理论研究及应用现状,总结了目前培训中知识管理方面存在的问题,提出了针对职业资格类培训项目知识转移的研究框架。2.分析了职业资格类培训项目实施过程中涉及的知识分类、人员组织特性,结合知识转移螺旋模型(SECI模型)等知识管理理论分析了职业资格类培训项目实施过程中知识转移的过程,归纳出了影响职业资格类培训项目实施过程中知识转移绩效的主要因素。3.以问卷调查的方式对职业资格类培训项目知识转移影响因素等进行了实证研究,得出具有一定代表性的调查统计结果,并以此为依据,得到了影响职业资格类培训项目知识转移的五个方面的关键因素。4.将实证研究结论、个案分析和相关理论结合起来进行分析,提出了提高职业资格类培训项目知识转移绩效的措施,为类似的培训机构提高知识转移绩效提供了一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Since the late twentieth Century began in the era of knowledge economy, information and knowledge generation and dissemination, knowledge management emerges. As a kind of advanced management theory, knowledge management has been widely used in various industries, knowledge management and application ability has become the core competitiveness of enterprises. In recent years, under the impetus of the government, I China's education and training industry rapid development, training competition, training industry and enterprises are looking for has to improve the core competitiveness of the new mode of.2000, knowledge management as a new management concept by experts in the field of education and training of attention and research, and gradually implemented in practice. Knowledge management has been introduced into the education and training industry, but is still in the exploratory stage, there are some problems need to be solved. Based on these problems, based on the occupation qualification training project knowledge transfer as the research object, the factors affecting knowledge transfer focuses on the occupation qualification training in the project and try to put forward the corresponding countermeasures, which has important practical significance for training the development of the industry. This paper is based on the occupation qualification training project of knowledge transfer in an exploratory study, the main work is as follows: 1. literature review, research and application status of the theory of knowledge transfer, summarizes the existing knowledge management training problems, put forward to.2. research framework of occupation qualification training project knowledge transfer analysis the knowledge classification involves occupation qualification training in the project implementation process, organization characteristics, combined with the knowledge transfer spiral model (SECI model Type) knowledge management theory and analysis of the occupation qualification training project in the implementation process of the knowledge transfer process, summed up by way of questionnaire, occupation qualification training project conducted an empirical study on Influencing Factors of knowledge transfer factors of knowledge transfer performance in the process of.3. occupation qualification training project implementation, it has a representative of the survey results, and on this basis, the.4. key five factors that affect the knowledge transfer occupation qualification training project will be the conclusions of empirical studies, case analysis and theory of combining analysis, put forward to improve the performance of knowledge transfer training project occupation qualification measures for training institutions similar to improve the performance of knowledge transfer provides a reference.
