基于任务驱动和MOOC学习的开放大学教师研修模式探索与研究

【摘要】：在"互联网+"时代,教育教学方式方法正面临着大的变革,教师的工作任务正从承担课堂面授教学逐步转向在线课程设计、开发制作和课堂教学辅导等。作为成人高校的运用新技术进行在线教学的开放大学教师,应该更加重视新技术的学习和运用,利用学校和团队的力量,在给定的任务驱动下,通过MOOC开展学习,从而更好地完善自身的知识结构,提高教学设计和开发制作在线课程的技能,更深入地开展教学研究,提升服务大众的教学水平。这是我们提出的基于任务驱动和MOOC学习的开放大学教师研修模式。
[Abstract]:In the era of "Internet", teaching methods and methods are facing great changes, and teachers' work tasks are gradually changing from classroom face-to-face teaching to online course design. As an open university teacher who uses the new technology to carry on the on-line teaching, should pay more attention to the study and the application of the new technology, use the strength of the school and the team. Driven by a given task, learning through MOOC, so as to better improve their knowledge structure, improve teaching design and development of online courses skills, more in-depth teaching research. This is a task-driven and MOOC based open university teacher training model.
