新时期成人教育面临的严峻问题与考验

【摘要】：作为高等教育重要组成部分,成人教育在人才培养方面为我国做出巨大贡献,改革开放以来一直处于不断扩展中。随着学习新观念的产生、学习者学习需求的日趋多样化,以及现代教育技术等的挑战,当今时代背景下我国成人教育面临严峻问题和考验。聚焦当今时代背景下成人教育面临的挑战与问题,我国当前应对成人教育功能目标加强研究,对合理的成人教育配套制度进行构建,重视成人教育政策与立法,积极推进成人教育改革,以推动成人教育更好地发展。
[Abstract]:As an important part of higher education, adult education has made great contributions to the cultivation of talents in our country. Since the reform and opening up, it has been constantly expanding. The increasingly diverse learning needs of learners, as well as the challenges of modern educational technology. Under the background of the present age, adult education in our country is faced with severe problems and tests. Focusing on the challenges and problems faced by adult education under the background of the present era, our country should strengthen the research on the functional objectives of adult education. In order to promote the better development of adult education, we should construct a reasonable supporting system of adult education, attach importance to the policy and legislation of adult education, and actively promote the reform of adult education.
