民族院校大学生学习性投入与学习收获的影响因素研究——以N民族大学为例

【摘要】：以生为本,促进少数民族大学生全面发展是我国民族院校转型发展的根本路向。本文以N民族大学为个案,以大一和大四两个年级的部分本科生作为调查对象,采用问卷调查法和访谈法,分别从学术挑战度、合作性学习、生师互动、校园环境支持度和教育活动经历丰富度五个维度,对本科生的学习性投入与学习收获的影响因素实证分析,并对所得研究结论及其成因进行合理性解释。通对一所民族院校的大学生学习性投入个案发展过程的全景描述,真实展现我国民族院校大学生培养质量的实然状态。
[Abstract]:Taking students as the basis and promoting the all-round development of ethnic minority students is the fundamental direction of the transformation and development of our national colleges and universities. This paper takes N University for nationalities as a case study and some undergraduate students in freshmen and senior grades as the objects of investigation. Using questionnaire and interview methods, from the five dimensions of academic challenge, cooperative learning, teacher interaction, campus environmental support and educational activity experience richness. An empirical analysis of the factors affecting the learning input and learning harvest of undergraduates, and a reasonable explanation of the research conclusions and their causes, is made. The panoramic description of the case development process of the students' learning input in a national college is given. Show the real state of the cultivation quality of the students in our national colleges and universities.
