肢体障碍青少年自我决定现状及影响因素调查研究

【摘要】:自我决定简单的说就是人们根据自己的价值和喜好来控制并主导生活的权利和能力,对于身心障碍者而言,目标的设置、问题解决、做决定等自我决定相关能力可以使他们更有责任感以及自我控制。在国外和我国台湾地区,自我决定的研究较为成熟,而我国大陆自我决定的研究起步相对较晚,研究尚不深入,对不同障碍类型青少年自我决定研究的也不多。本研究使用问卷调查法,选取重庆、成都、广州、合肥、湖州、石家庄、长春、滨州等地的266名肢体障碍青少年作为研究对象,调查其自我决定的现状及影响因素。同时对肢体障碍青少年、教师、家长进行访谈,探究肢体障碍青少年自我决定的表现及原因,并深入分析自我决定的影响因素。本研究的调查结果如下:1.肢体障碍青少年自我决定总体处于中等偏下水平,表现出能力不足,机会有限的特征。2.个人因素中性别和年龄两个因素对肢体障碍青少年自我决定总体水平有显著影响。肢体障碍青少年男生的自我决定显著高于女生;肢体障碍青少年自我决定水平总体上呈现出随年龄的增长而上升的趋势;环境因素对于肢体障碍青少年自我决定总体水平的影响没有达到显著相关。3.母亲文化水平、家庭教养态度对肢体障碍青少年自我决定的个别维度有显著影响。母亲文化水平与肢体障碍青少年自我决定的能力呈现显著相关。母亲文化水平为文盲的肢体障碍青少年自我决定的能力显著高于母亲文化水平为大学及以上的青少年;母亲文化水平为中学的肢体障碍青少年自我决定的能力显著高于母亲文化水平为小学和大学及以上的青少年。家庭教养态度与自我决定的能力呈现显著相关,民主型家庭教养态度的肢体障碍青少年自我决定的能力显著高于专制型家庭教养态度和溺爱型家庭教养态度的青少年;放任型家庭教养态度的肢体障碍青少年自我决定的能力要显著高于溺爱型家庭教养态度的青少年。在此基础上,为提升肢体障碍青少年自我决定提出了以下4点建议:发展自我决定课程;增加自我决定的表现机会;转变态度,鼓励自我决定;提升自我决定的相关知识。
[Abstract]:Self-determination is simply the right and ability of people to control and dominate their lives according to their own values and preferences, and for people with physical and mental disabilities, the setting of goals, the solution of problems, Making decisions and other self-decision related abilities can make them more responsible and self-controlled. In foreign countries and Taiwan, the research on self-decision is relatively mature, but the research on self-decision in mainland China is relatively late. The research is not deep, and there are not many researches on self-determination of adolescents with different types of obstacles. This study uses questionnaire method to select Chongqing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hefei, Huzhou, Shijiazhuang, Changchun, Chongqing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hefei, Huzhou, Shijiazhuang, Changchun, 266 adolescents with physical disorders in Binzhou and other places were investigated for their status quo of self-determination and influencing factors. At the same time, interviews were conducted with adolescents, teachers and parents with physical disabilities. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The adolescents with limb disorders are at the middle and lower level of self-decision, showing a lack of ability, the results of this study are as follows: 1. The characteristics of limited opportunities. 2. Gender and age have significant influence on the overall level of self-determination of adolescents with physical disorders. The self-determination of adolescent boys with physical disorders is significantly higher than that of girls. On the whole, the self-determination level of the adolescents with physical disorders showed an upward trend with the increase of age, and the influence of environmental factors on the overall level of self-determination of adolescents with physical disorders did not reach significant correlation .3.The level of mother's education was not significantly related to the level of self-determination of adolescents with physical disorders. Family rearing attitude has significant influence on the individual dimensions of self-determination of adolescents with physical handicap. The educational level of mothers is significantly related to the ability of self-determination of adolescents with physical handicaps, and the literacy level of mothers is the physical handicap of illiterate adolescents. The ability to hinder adolescents' self-determination is significantly higher than that of adolescents whose mother's education level is university or above; The ability of self-determination of adolescents with physical handicaps in middle school was significantly higher than that of adolescents with mother's education level in primary school and university and above. There was a significant correlation between family upbringing attitude and self-determination ability. The ability of self-determination of adolescents with democratic family rearing attitude was significantly higher than that of autocratic family rearing attitude and doting family rearing attitude. The ability of adolescents to decide themselves was significantly higher than that of those with indulgent family rearing attitudes. On this basis, In order to promote the self-decision of the adolescents with physical handicap, the following four suggestions were put forward: to develop the curriculum of self-decision; to increase the opportunities of self-determination; to change attitudes and encourage self-decision; to improve the knowledge of self-decision.
