成人教育临床医学专升本课程设置方案研究

【摘要】:成人医学专升本教育是我国高等医学教育体系的重要组成部分,是医学专科学历在职医疗人员提升学历层次和专业技术水平的重要途径,其人才培养质量直接影响到医疗机构的卫生服务水平和成人教育事业的健康发展。科学技术的迅猛发展、医学模式的转变、医疗卫生体制改革和终身教育体系的构建,对成人医学教育提出了新的要求和挑战。为适应这一系列的变革,成人医学教育应积极回应,课程建设必须与时俱进,同步发展。因此,深入开展成人临床医学专升本课程设置的研究,对提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。研究目的本文通过对成人临床专升本课程设置存在的问题进行深入研究,对临床医学专升本成人教育的培养目标重新审视,旨在探索符合我国医疗卫生事业人才培养需要的适宜的课程体系,为成人医学教育教学改革提供参考依据。研究方法与内容采用文献研究法对我国高等医学教育的现况进行分析,把握医学教育的发展趋势,为课题研究提供相关参考资料和理论支撑;调查研究我国9所高校成人临床医学专升本培养方案,采用对比分析法剖析现行课程设置存在的问题,并借鉴国内外临床医学课程改革的经验,结合成人教育实际,初步拟定课程设置草案。基于以上研究自制调查问卷,运用专家咨询法进行两轮专家咨询最终获得专家对人才培养和课程设置方面较为一致的意见。最后,综合统计结果和专家意见,构建了较为科学、合理的课程设置方案。结果和结论1.通过文献研究和比较研究,发现现行成人教育临床医学专升本存在如下问题:培养目标定位模糊,针对性不强;课程体系结构多为传统学科式结构,重基础课程轻实践技能课程,专业知识体系较陈旧;实践教学薄弱,教学形式单一;院校间课程开设状况差异大。2.确定了平台加模块的课程体系构架,构建了由两个平台、三个课程主模块、五个课程子模块、33门课程构成的成人临床医学专升本课程设置方案。其中两个平台是选修课平台和必修课平台。三个模块是公共课程模块、专业核心课程模块、专业拓展课程模块;五个子模块分别是:专业基础课程模块、专业课程模块、工具方法类课程模块、医学进展课程模块、专业发展课程模块。
[Abstract]:As an important part of China's higher medical education system, adult medical education is an important way for in-service medical personnel with medical professional qualifications to upgrade their academic qualifications and professional skills. The quality of personnel training directly affects the health service level of medical institutions and the healthy development of adult education, the rapid development of science and technology, the transformation of medical model, the reform of medical and health system and the construction of lifelong education system. This paper puts forward new requirements and challenges to adult medical education. In order to adapt to this series of changes, adult medical education should respond positively, and curriculum construction must keep pace with the times and develop simultaneously. It is of great significance to improve the quality of the training of adult clinical medicine through the research on the course setup of adult clinical medicine. Objective this paper makes a deep study on the problems existing in the course of adult clinical specialty promotion. The aim of this paper is to re-examine the training objectives of adult education in clinical medicine, in order to explore a suitable curriculum system that meets the needs of the training of medical and health professionals in China. The research methods and contents are used to analyze the current situation of higher medical education in China, and to grasp the development trend of medical education. To provide relevant reference materials and theoretical support for the research, to investigate and study the adult clinical medical education program of 9 universities in China, and to analyze the existing problems in the current curriculum by means of comparative analysis. And draw lessons from the experience of clinical medicine curriculum reform at home and abroad, combine with the reality of adult education, draw up the draft of the curriculum preliminarily. The expert consultation method is used to carry out two rounds of expert consultation to obtain the experts' relatively consistent opinions on the training of talents and the curriculum design. Finally, the author constructs a more scientific method by synthesizing the statistical results and expert opinions. Through literature research and comparative study, it is found that the current adult education clinical medical college has the following problems: the orientation of training objectives is vague, the pertinence is not strong; 2. The structure of curriculum system is mostly traditional subject structure, emphasizing basic course rather than practical skill course, specialized knowledge system is old, practice teaching is weak, teaching form is single. 2.The structure of curriculum system of platform plus module is determined, which is composed of two platforms, three main modules of curriculum. Three modules are public curriculum module, professional core curriculum module, two of them are elective course platform and compulsory course platform, three modules are public curriculum module, professional core curriculum module, The five sub-modules are: professional basic curriculum module, professional curriculum module, tool and method curriculum module, medical progress curriculum module, professional development curriculum module.
