高校成人教育转型发展探析

【摘要】：伴随着社会不断发展以及产业结构调整,传统的成人教育面临种种困境。外部机制环境制约着高校成人教育发展,已成为学界讨论的热点问题。高校成人教育的机制建设迫在眉睫,通过外在的机制建设推进高校成人教育的转型已成为当前成人教育改革亟待解决的主要问题。高校成人教育转型是一个不断累积的变化过程,需要全面开展,逐次推进,尤其是要转变教育理念和人才培养的模式。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society and the adjustment of industrial structure, the traditional adult education faces various difficulties. The external mechanism environment restricts the development of adult education in colleges and universities. It has become a hot issue in academic circles. The mechanism construction of adult education in colleges and universities is urgent. Promoting the transformation of adult education in colleges and universities through the construction of external mechanism has become a major problem to be solved urgently in the current reform of adult education. The transformation of adult education in colleges and universities is a continuous process of change, which needs to be carried out in an all-round way and pushed forward step by step. In particular, it is necessary to change the educational concept and talent training model.
