终身教育理论对高等教育发展方向的影响

【摘要】：终身教育理论是在人类社会化、社会现代化的基础上产生和发展起来的一种新型教育形态,必将会影响到未来教育事业的发展方向。从高等教育在终身教育理论下的发展价值出发,探讨终身教育理论对高等教育发展方向的影响,指出终身教育理论将带动高等教育管理理念转变、引起高等教育运行机制革新、促进高校人才培养思路拓宽、加快高校学科课程目标重塑,丰富了终身教育理论与高等教育关系的理论研究成果,拓宽了研究范围。
[Abstract]:The theory of lifelong education in human society, to create a new form of education and developed on the basis of social modernization, it will affect the future development direction of the development of education. Value in lifelong education theory from higher education, to explore the influence of the theory of lifelong education on higher education development direction, points out that lifelong education the theory will lead to change the management concept of higher education, higher education causes innovation operation mechanism, promote the thinking of cultivating talents widen, accelerate university curriculum goals remodeling, enrich the relationship between lifelong education theory and the theory of higher education research, broaden the scope of the study.
