城镇化过程中农民职业道德失范与培育路径探索

【摘要】：农民职业道德失范现象在城镇化过程中日渐趋于恶劣,主要体现在农业生产、农业销售及农业经营等过程之中,其中市场经济影响、资本扩展侵蚀、农民主体认知偏离及监管体制缺失等多因素是农民职业道德失范的主要原因,在此基础上提出提高农民物质经济基础、控制农业资本盲目扩展、完善农产品监管机制、建立农产品价格市场调节机制以及对农民直接进行道德教育等途径健全和完善农民的职业道德。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of peasants' professional ethics is becoming worse and worse in the process of urbanization, which is mainly reflected in the processes of agricultural production, agricultural sales and agricultural management. Among them, the influence of market economy and the erosion of capital expansion. Many factors, such as the cognitive deviation of farmers' main body and the lack of supervision system, are the main reasons for peasants' professional ethics anomie. On this basis, it is proposed to improve the peasants' material and economic basis, control the blind expansion of agricultural capital, and perfect the supervision mechanism of agricultural products. Establish the agricultural product price market regulation mechanism and directly carry on the moral education to the farmer to perfect and consummate the farmer's professional ethics.
