布卢姆教育目标分类法对成人教育发展的启示

【摘要】：成人教育质量提升是新时期高等教育发展的新目标,成人高校不仅要重视学生的专业知识和理论积淀,更应重视成人学员的职业能力和个人发展。为此,成人高校应积极改革人才培养模式,为社会输送更多高素质的应用型人才。本文在对布卢姆教育目标分类法和成人教育教学目标进行分析的基础上,尝试探究该理论对成人教育发展的启示,并对成人教育发展提出相应的实践指导。
[Abstract]:Adult education is to enhance the quality of the new target of the development of higher education in the new era, the accumulation of professional knowledge and theories of adult college should not only pay attention to the students, more attention should be paid to the adult students' occupation ability and personal development. Therefore, adult colleges should actively reform the training mode of talents, applied talents for the society to deliver more high-quality analysis in this paper. Based on the target of Bloom classification of education and adult education teaching goal, try to explore the theory of adult education development, and put forward some practical guidance to the development of adult education.
