家庭因素对农村初中生学业成绩的影响研究

【摘要】:随着国家义务教育均衡发展政策的实施,浙江省农村学校的面貌有了很大的改变,学村学校在硬件设施、师资队伍等方面都有了全面的提升。农村学校在生均建筑面积、生均图书拥有量等方面甚至超越了城市学校,出现了城乡倒挂的现象。但是城乡教育质量的巨大差距并没有因此而缩小,其中很重要的原因就是家庭因素起到了很重要的作用。前人的相关研究表明,家庭因素对学生学业成绩有很大影响,但对农村初中学校的研究还不够深入。笔者希望通过本次研究,摸清农村初中生的家庭现状,理清家庭因素如何通过影响学生自主意识,进而影响学生的学业成绩,同时也为农村初中生的家长更好地进行家庭教育,农村初中学校更有效地开展家校工作提供借鉴和帮助。本文以定海区小沙中学为例,通过问卷、访谈等形式实地调查了小沙中学146个家庭的状况,包括家庭户籍、家庭结构、家庭教育素质、家庭经济条件等方面;然后,结合学生学业成绩,运用相关的统计方法研究了农村初中学生家庭的特点以及家庭因素对学生学业成绩的影响。结果发现:家庭户籍对农村初中生学业成绩的影响不太明显,主要原因是外地户籍的学生早已深刻融入本地的学习和生活;家庭教育素质对农村初中生学业成绩的影响最大,主要原因在于初中生处于青春期,对家庭教育素质有特殊要求;家庭经济条件对农村初中生学业成绩的影响比较大,因为家庭经济条件决定了家庭教育硬件;家庭结构对农村初中生学业成绩的影响较小。为促进农村初中改善学生家庭教育状况,笔者最后还分别针对家长和学校提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the national policy of balanced development of compulsory education, the appearance of rural schools in Zhejiang Province has been greatly changed, and the schools of schools in villages have been comprehensively upgraded in terms of hardware facilities and teaching staff. The number of books per student has even surpassed that of urban schools, resulting in the phenomenon of city and countryside hanging upside down. However, the huge gap in the quality of education between urban and rural areas has not narrowed as a result. One of the most important reasons is that family factors play a very important role. Previous studies have shown that family factors have a great impact on students' academic performance. However, the research on rural junior high school is not deep enough. The author hopes that through this study, I can find out the current situation of rural junior high school students' families, clarify how family factors affect students' self-awareness and then affect their academic achievement. At the same time, it also provides reference and help for the parents of rural junior high school to better carry out family education and the rural junior high school to carry out the work of home and school more effectively. This paper takes Xiaosha Middle School in Dinghai area as an example and passes the questionnaire. Interviews were conducted to investigate the situation of 146 families in Xiaosha Middle School, including household registration, family structure, family education quality, family economic conditions, and so on. This paper studies the characteristics of rural junior middle school students' families and the influence of family factors on students' academic achievement by using relevant statistical methods. The results show that the influence of family household registration on rural junior high school students' academic achievement is not obvious. The main reason is that the students registered in other areas have already deeply integrated into the local study and life; the family education quality has the greatest impact on the academic performance of rural junior high school students, the main reason is that the junior high school students are in puberty and have special requirements for the family education quality. The family economic condition has a great influence on the rural junior high school students' academic achievement, because the family economic condition determines the family education hardware; The influence of family structure on the academic achievement of rural junior high school students is small. In order to promote rural junior middle school students to improve their family education situation, the author also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for parents and schools.
