发达城市老年大学课程适切性研究

【摘要】:课程开发和设置是老年教育核心环节,其适切性是指课程开发和设置与老年学员需求之间的符合程度,主要涉及课程选择、课程组织、课程结构和课程内容,它关系到老年教育目的的达成,直接影响到老年学员的参与积极性,以及老年教育成效达成。因此,老年教育目的、课程参与积极性和课程实施成效成为老年教育课程适切性的重要表征。为了全面提高老年教育课程适切性,课程的开发和开设必须将个人需求和社会发展需求有机结合起来,保持课程的广度和深度间的张力,在关注课程适应性同时关照课程的引导性,深化传统课程改革,不断进行课程创新,形成特色课程系列,从而提高课程适切程度。
[Abstract]:Curriculum development and setup is the core link of education for the elderly, and its appropriateness refers to the degree of conformity between curriculum development and setup and the needs of the aged students, which mainly involves the selection of courses, the organization of courses, the structure of courses and the contents of courses. It is related to the achievement of the purpose of education for the elderly, and directly affects the participation enthusiasm of the elderly students and the achievement of the effectiveness of the education for the elderly. Therefore, the purpose of the education for the elderly, Curriculum participation enthusiasm and curriculum implementation effectiveness become an important symbol of the relevance of the senior education curriculum. In order to improve the relevance of the senior education curriculum in an all-round way, the curriculum development and offering must combine individual needs with social development needs organically. To maintain the tension between the breadth and depth of the curriculum, to pay attention to the adaptability of the curriculum at the same time, to pay attention to the guidance of the curriculum, to deepen the reform of the traditional curriculum, to continuously carry out curriculum innovation, to form a series of courses with characteristics, thus to improve the relevance of the courses.
