我国特殊教育学校体育课程标准构建的思考

【摘要】:课程标准是课程实施、管理的依据和标准。在大量文献的基础上对我国特殊教育学校体育课程标准的历史沿革进行了追述。我国特殊教育学校体育课程一直沿用了普通学校体育课程标准,造成了特殊教育学校体育课程目标操作性不强等一系列问题,建构特殊教育学校体育课程标准有着重要的理论意义和实践价值。研究认为,特殊教育学校体育课程标准应具有针对性、整体性、时限性以及系统性等特点,建议要以特殊儿童教育发展的程度为前提,依据特殊教育对象身心特征、体育能力以及康复发展水平,在特殊教育学校体育课程标准中设立适应性、矫正性和发展性3个维度的体育课程标准,分阶段、阶梯式地制定特殊教育学校体育课程标准。
[Abstract]:The curriculum standard is curriculum implementation. The basis and standard of management. On the basis of a large number of documents, the history and evolution of PE curriculum standards of special education schools in China are reviewed. The PE curriculum of special education schools in our country has always followed the standard of physical education curriculum of ordinary schools. This has caused a series of problems, such as the low maneuverability of PE curriculum in special education schools, and the construction of PE curriculum standards in special education schools has important theoretical significance and practical value. The physical education curriculum standards of special education schools should have the characteristics of pertinence, wholeness, time-limit and systematicness. It is suggested that the development of special children's education should be taken as the premise and the physical and mental characteristics of special education objects should be taken as the premise. Physical ability and rehabilitation development level, in special education school physical education curriculum standard set up adaptability, correction and development of three dimensions of physical education curriculum standards, step by step to formulate special education school physical education curriculum standards.
