“身体接触类”体育游戏对聋哑青少年心理健康水平影响的实验研究

【摘要】:研究目的:采用SCL-90量表对临汾市特殊教育学校学生的心理健康状况进行测试,明确聋哑学生在心理健康方面有哪些问题,面对特殊的教育对象,将“身体接触类”体育游戏运用到体育实践教学中,观察“身体接触类”体育游戏运用到体育教学中对聋哑学生心理健康水平的影响。明确其干预效果,分析其干预机制,旨在为聋哑学校学生体育教学内容的选择提供参考依据。研究方法:1.查阅相关文献,了解聋哑学生心理健康的影响因素。2.通过问卷调查学生和访谈学生家长、学校领导,了解临汾市特殊教育学校学生的心理健康水平。3.采用SCL-90量表测试实验对象干预前后的得分情况,将所得数据输入计算机进行处理,并进行独立样本T检验,分析身体接触类体育游戏与心理健康水平之间的相关性。研究结果:1.临汾市特殊教育学校学生的心理健康水平明显低于全国常模水平,心理健康状况令人忧心。2.通过身体接触类体育游戏干预后,对照组与实验组相比,实验组受试对象心理健康水平在躯体化、强迫症状、敌对性、恐怖因子四个维度上得到了明显的提升(P0.05),在人际关系、焦虑、偏执、精神病性以及其它因子五个维度上效果更加显著(P0.01),但对抑郁因子影响不大(P0.05)。3.对照组受试对象心理健康水平在干预前后没有明显变化(P0.05)。结论:1.“身体接触类”体育游戏在改善聋哑青少年的心理健康水平方面具有明显的促进作用。2.与全国常模相比受试对象的心理健康水平仍有一定的差距,可能与对受试对象的干预时间较短有一定的关系,干预过程中一些不可控因素也有可能导致实验产生偏差。建议:1.“身体接触类”体育游戏干预虽然对促进聋哑青少年心理健康水平具有积极的作用,但干预后结果依然低于全国常模。因此还需要开发与利用与体育手段相对应的其他手段,才能取得更好的效果。2.在今后的体育教学中,注重体育游戏与心理健康的内在联系,明确其内在的原理。3.深化新课程改革理论,根据教学对象的不同创新“身体接触类”体育游戏,选择适合的教学内容与方法。4.在以后的研究中,还应扩大实验的样本量,并选择一些具体的个案进行研究,使研究成果更具有说服力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to test the mental health status of students in Linfen special education school by using SCL-90 scale, to find out what problems the deaf and mute students have in mental health, and to face the special educational objects. The physical contact sports games were applied to the physical education practice teaching, and the effects of the physical contact sports games on the mental health level of the deaf and dumb students were observed, and the intervention effect was clarified, and the intervention mechanism was analyzed. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the selection of physical education contents of deaf and mute school students. Research method: 1. Consult relevant literature to understand the influencing factors of deaf and mute students' mental health. 2. Through questionnaires and interviews with students' parents and school leaders, To understand the mental health level of Linfen special education school students. The scores of the subjects before and after intervention were measured by SCL-90 scale, and the data were input into the computer for processing, and the independent sample T test was carried out. The correlation between physical contact sports games and mental health level was analyzed. The results showed that the mental health level of students in Linfen Special Education School was significantly lower than that of the national norm. After physical contact sports games intervention, compared with the experimental group, the mental health level of the subjects in the experimental group was somatization, compulsive symptoms, hostility. The four dimensions of phobic factors have been significantly improved P0.05in interpersonal relationships, anxiety, paranoia, The effect of psychosis and other factors was more significant in five dimensions, but had little effect on depression factor. The mental health level of subjects in the control group did not change significantly before and after intervention. Conclusion: 1. "physical contact" sports tour. The play has obvious promoting effect in improving the mental health level of deaf and mute teenagers. Compared with the national norm, there is still a certain gap between the subjects' mental health level and the national norm. It may be related to the short time of intervention to the subjects, Some uncontrollable factors in the process of intervention may also lead to deviations in the experiment. It is suggested that the "physical contact" sports game intervention may play a positive role in promoting the mental health of deaf and mute adolescents. However, the results after intervention are still lower than the national norm. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and utilize other means corresponding to sports means in order to achieve better results. 2. In the future physical education, pay attention to the internal relationship between sports games and mental health. 3. Deepen the theory of the new curriculum reform, choose the appropriate teaching contents and methods according to the different teaching object's innovation "physical contact" sports game. In the later research, we should also expand the sample size of the experiment. And selected some specific cases to study, so that the research results more persuasive.
