新型职业农民培育的机制构建与路径选择

【摘要】：培育新型职业农民对我国具有重要的现实意义。由于各种历史与现实、传统与现代等因素的制约,我国目前的新型职业农民培育机制仍不完善,在培育过程中存在诸多问题和矛盾。为此,可通过政府完善政策制度,鼓励和支持新型职业农民培育;构建学校与新型职业农民培育联系机制,提供智力支持;建立健全新型职业农民技能培训机制,从而构建新型职业农民培育保障机制,以促进新型职业农民培育工作的质量,进而推进我国农业现代化的建设。
[Abstract]:It is of great practical significance to cultivate new type of professional peasants in China. Due to the constraints of history and reality, traditional and modern factors, the present cultivation mechanism of new type of professional peasants in China is still not perfect. In the process of cultivation, there are many problems and contradictions. To this end, the government can improve the policy system, encourage and support the cultivation of new type of professional farmers, construct the contact mechanism between the school and the new type of professional farmers, and provide intellectual support. In order to promote the quality of the cultivation of the new type of professional peasants and promote the construction of our country's agricultural modernization, we should establish and improve the training mechanism of the new type of vocational peasants' skills, thus constructing the new type of professional farmers' cultivation and guarantee mechanism.
